From the moment I walked in into the moment I left, I had the best experience. The receptionist was wonderful, and Jen, who provided my scan, went above and beyond. She really made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. Kudos to her and the staff. Thank you for making me feel valued.

It is clearly apparent to me and my doctor and several others that I have shared my experience with about BayCare imaging which should more accurately be called" BayCare avoiding imaging. " I am a former breast cancer patient, I have dense breast tissue, and I have cysts. Despite that fact and despite the fact that my doctor wrote a script for me to get a breast ultrasound, not a partial breast ultrasound, not a spot ultrasound, but a full breast ultrasound. It seems like the bean counters at BayCare in the greed department and the lowly ultrasound technicians have decided to do their own thing, regardless of what the medical order written by the doctor states. I had more than one employee at this location tell me that BayCare does not and will not do an ultrasound of the entire breast, even when that is the medical order that the doctor has written. I have discussed this with my doctor and she agrees that this is inexcusable and the only reason is greed on the part of BayCare! As I stated. I am a former breast Cancer victim from over 11 years ago, even before my cancer was diagnosed it was common that doctors would prescribe a mammogram followed by an ultrasound for me, every year both prior to my cancer and after. I have been a patient at numerous others facilities including Moffitt Cancer center, and when a doctor writes an order for a breast ultrasound all these other facilities that do imaging, Moffitt Cancer center, Advent health, simonmed, bayview, Tower, all other facilities except for BayCare follow the doctor's order to do an ultrasound of the entire breast. BayCare should be ashamed of their greed and not even supporting their own BayCare doctors written orders. Mark my words this reputation of sloppiness inefficiency lack of concern for a previous Cancer victim or any other woman with breast issues, not to mention going against their own BayCare doctors written orders, is going to go down in history, I will personally make sure of this with reviews on better Business bureau, Yelp, Google, the agency for health care administration and any other place that I can put this! Baycare imaging you're on alert and whoever you're flunky CEO is at BayCare should hide his or her head in shame. This opinion is also shared by my primary care doctor who is.haha, in the BayCare Network! BayCare is so clueless so cheap and so unprofessional I'm sure when they do a mammogram they don't even put what they're legally obligated to put at the bottom of any report any report. That the new standards are women with dense breast tissue, regardless of a suspicious mammogram or a clean mammogram are advised to follow up with an MRI.if they care won't even do a full sonogram of a breast that has numerous issues, I am absolutely certain they're either going to refuse an MRI or try their best to talk you out of it.or just plain lie and go against the accepted standard that everyone else uses. I will no longer be using any services in the BayCare flunking Network, except for my primary care doctor, her work ethic is beyond reproach and several times she has jumped all over the office staff for things that they should have done differently. And I'm sure as she's going to get feedback about other areas of BayCare whether it's Labs imaging surgery or anything else I'm sure it's probably going to lead to her leaving the BayCare Network, she was in total agreement with me when I told her how they refuse to do an ultrasound on the entire breast, that it was inexcusable cheap and unprofessional and she was in agreement that I not ever use BayCare imaging again for anything. And you can be sure she's not going to be using BayCare imaging at all either and probably won't be referring anybody else male or female for anything at any BayCare imaging facility.

They were very thorough, proficient with guiding and instructing my Son, and instilled confidence in us that they were great at what they do. My Son has autism and they made him feel like he was family.

I been going to this same location since 2018, due to excellent experience. I received friendly welcome with complete eye contact, and wonderful customer service. I love the setup and the comfort it has, knowing that this location is far, but it’s all worth it. Thank You.

I love this Imaging center. I'm able to book my appointment and know that I will be in and out within 15-20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Everyone was lovely, from the people
Who checked me in at the lab and imaging, to the lab tech and the ultrasound tech who took great care of me and the radiologist who came in and explained findings and eased my worries!

Just want to say I always have a great experience with the imaging center.tHowever, his one I was especially impressed that I was told not to leave until they knew I didn't have to go the ER. Thank you for taking the time to care about me, the patient. The staff at this center are incredible from the check-in to the technicians and doctors.

Not so good. I was told to call BayCare Imaging prior to our appointment to make sure the CT Scan was working. (really?). I called and was told the technician had fixed the problem and to come on in.
Just has we are about to load Mom's wheelchair in the car, we get a another call from BayCare telling us the machine is not working and not to come. Needless to say, we will not be using this imaging facility in the future.

This was the quickest wait time and felt like i was in and out in no time at all. All employees were nice, as usual! I do not live in this part of town, but I have such good experiences at Van Dyke that I just keep choosing to come there!:)
