BayCare Outpatient Imaging (Bardmoor), Largo FL

Amanda at the setup/login worked patiently and tirelessly to help me submit my pre surgical form. She was so pleasant and helpful and didn't sound angry or bothered at all after I took up an hour and a half of her time answering all those questions! Thanks so much Amanda; I wish all of the customer service staff were as pleasant and helpful as you are. You are a credit to your job!

I could have used the valet parking, but the attendant's jacket covered the sign announcing valet parking. So you couldn't see it until you actually walked up to the walk-in entrance. I bet he's pad by the hour and can't get tips I am handicapped.

As always when visiting BayCare Bardmoor facility I receive excellent care by technicians and folks who greet me and do intake. Always professional, caring and pleasant!

I always have a very good experience, at the imaging pavilion on Bryan Dairy road. I have had the same tech before at least a couple of times before.he is very professional but caring and kind.

It was so fast I checked in and they came and got me in like 2 minutes the technician was very nice and efficient and stopped after each test to ask if I was okay. Very caring

The nurse who was assigned to me was indifferent and not at all helpful or informative. A PET scan is nerve—wracking enough. And he jabbed me with the IV and it hurt. I would have preferred someone with more personality. Patient care was not his top priority. I’m a human, not a number.

All was done in wonderful time. All that I needed to do was explained from beginning
To end. Everyone one I encountered was helpful and kind.

Bardmoor is my favorite Baycare imaging location. I've been using it for well over a decade now even though I moved farther away.it is well worth the drive. I love the quick and easy check-in process, and all the staff, from mammograms to X-rays to CT scans, are all always so friendly. They are extremely efficient as I always find my results online within 24 hours. You never have to wait long, even though you'd like more time in the awesome gift shop! Highly recommend this location.

Very good experience with X-ray personnel John and front desk. Mammogram person Jill was little adamant not to take the test as I was wearing neck collar. I have authorization from surgeon. Finally She did the test. She was very proficient what she does.

Dr. Ziegler and staff are outstanding! Alexus and Dr. Ziegler are caring, warm professionals. Nurses are great providers as well!

Fast and pleasant. Was seen for a stat X-ray of the ankle and was in and out in less than an hour and had the results quickly.

My 21 month old daughter had to get an ultrasound, which for her was a traumatizing experience (to be expected). The US tech was very nice, understanding & gentle with her. We appreciated it very much!

I only had to wait a few minutes to be taken back for my MRI and everyone was so thorough and so nice! Even though the location was much further than where I normally go, I would definitely go back there again. And the building is beautiful!

Facility is excellent… staff in Surgery Center area was outstanding… every nurse, assistant, doctor etc were upbeat, attentive beyond expectations, and clearly liked their chosen careers! The cleanliness was amazing. I watched someone clean an area where a patient had just left and there was not one surface missed high, low, in between! I could not believe it. This is a truly professional environment and one that I will return to in the future. From beginning to end of my stay I felt like those that attended to me were really focused on me personally and I was not a “ number “.
The little cafe people were a pleasure too. The next day my husband had the same Endoscopy procedure and I had a coffee.
Dr Goldberg and assistants were great.
Holly in prep and recovery was wonderful. I don’t recall all names but everyone who approached me was excellent!
