Errol was incredible. Friendly, professional, and kind. He brought me a warmed blanket when I mentioned I was cold. Amanda was also extremely considerate and warm. They both made a dreaded procedure (s) a much more positive experience. Please convey my appreciation.

Overall I have an excellent customer service experience. My only complaint is that when i call trying to make a account or talk to someone is a 20 a 30 min

This experience was great. Taken in on time. People were very polite. The best part was that within an hour I received the report. This was amazing - not having to wait!

I have only gone to Tower since 2006 and had a bad experience. Bay Care was and is the way its suppose to be.professional yet compassionate. I will have all my testing etc done at Bay care.a special thank you for being so compassionate and explaining the procedure every step of the way. The ultrasound technician and the radiologist were excellent.

If you need an X-ray for Pneumonia and you are not recovering after multiple rounds of Antibiotics DO NOT Come here! They need 4 DAYS to read your X-ray! Pay the ER fee so you don’t DIE! Because your are NOT Important enough here! Will never use Any imaging here again!

Our tech was amazing. So friendly and made our 13 year old daughter super comfortable. She talked her through the entire procedure!

It was a pleasant short wait, the technician was very friendly and professional. I was told everything that I needed to know and the procedure was explained as it was happening. It is a beautiful and relatively new facility, very clean and in a great location for me.

Was greeted warmly by all staff I came in contact with but especially the radiologist tech Kelsey and Alicia or Ashley (my apologies if not correct on name). They were amazing all around.
