6Over 4 hours in traffic to get back a "invalid" result - then no one to call, double billing hustle, cause now you need to come back... I'm sure they are charging the government a fortune for this Mickie Mouse test... On day three of this hustle I was the first one in line, got there at 04: 00 on a Wednesday morning waited till 08: 00 then waited for the test, finally got done at 08: 30 with negative results... The test could have been done right the first time but wasn't...
CRAZY WAIT TIMES, WORSE THAN ANY URGENT CARE OR WALK IN CLINIC. WAIT IN YOUR CARE FOR 3+ hours and calling and scheduling is absolutely pointless.no customer service, feels like cattle call.
Took ten minutes from start to finish. Really fast n efficient
Waiting on the phone 2 hrs straight. Then Debra answered the phone and hung up. Like really, I was holding for 2hrs for you to hang up smh. She said her name and the hospital then just hung up. Smh
I believe this is to review the drive-through COVID19 testing at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.if so:
- I made an appt online, which was pretty easy. However, it proved TOTALLY useless. When you arrive for your appt window, they write a yellow "A" on your window, but it doesn't seem to matter. You still have to go through the car corral with everyone else.
- My appt window was for 12 - 1 PM. I showed up at 11: 58 to the Dale Mabry entrance. The line was out to Dale Mabry but not too far.
- THEN.you wait. The line eeks slowly forward. There's only shade when you're getting your paperwork done. My car A/C doesn't work when I'm not driving fast, and if you're in that position I don't recommend doing this. I was basically in a sauna for 3 hours.
- That's right, I said 3 hours. I arrived at 12 and drove out at 3 PM on the dot.
- I saw 2 other cars break down / overheating, and we had to divert around them. Plus once you're in the cone maze, there's no "exits" so you're basically stuck unless you want to get out and start moving cones and likely attract the authorities onsite.
- It is the "swab" test there, so prepare to get your brain tickled.
All that being said, they are probably working as fast and efficiently as they can. The people were all nice enough, and in the end I did get tested.
TL;DR: Only go if you have 3 hours, your car A/C must be in stellar condition, and appointments are meaningless.
