No Stars Accually. Worst place to go. Sat with an empty IV hooked up to me for half hour. Made sat in a chair in the hall as other beds where available but was put in a hall where I have no privacy. Then was told I'm on their time. So next time I guess I should schedule the rest of my life cause it's on their time. Never go here.

This place will keep you alive, but make you suffer while doing it. They have a handful of super nurses (NOT ROBIN IN ICU) who are the glue holding this hellscape together. Thanks for making sure I didn't die, I guess?

Although the ER was busy I feel that I had excellent, friendly service. The Dr was courteous and I did not feel rushed at all. He took time to ask questions about my injury and I was comfortable with his dx and recommendations

The Health Care Services provided to me were professionally completed. From the reception, Dr.consultation, scheduling future procedures and testing requirements.
It seems to me that the support staff is at capacity and or stretched out too thin. The support staff worked diligently to maintain a good flow but I sensed frustration.
With that said, everyone I was in contact with worked hard to be professional, kind, and helpful

They only had 1 doctor. So probably waited a couple hours before another doctor came to help as the waiting room became full. The doctor asked me if I had taken pain meds for my stomach. I said no. Then asked me if I took something for like acid reflux. I said no because I wouldn’t of thought of it. I had previously been told it was probably my organs going back into place after giving birth. I’m at 6 months postpartum. I was in pain regardless of the meds I was giving and nauseous. Nurse notified him how much worse it was before he gave me something strong that still didn’t help. Got a stomach scan and sent me home with meds prescribed. Said he was sending me home “not able to diagnose because I do not have the resources for it. Follow up with your doctor for further testing internally. ” After I had already mentioned twice my doctor refused to see me and he said “yeah I understand that, we’ll get you checked. ” They asked me for my preferred pharmacy but I still ended up having to go take the prescription.other than that, my nurse Wendy was kind and you can tell she was doing her best to be on top of everyone she was in charge of. Everyone was polite when they talked to you except for the doctor at first.

Avoid this hospital if possible. Coming off a severe cardiac arrest, my Mom was sent here to check for a stroke. Once there, the hospital told us she had Covid, which sent us all for another emotional pitfall. 12 hours later trying to speak to someone, we were told she never had Covid, and they dont know why we were told that. She was discharged 3 days later, but not without a UTI. SMH

Update: I received what appears to be an automated response, asking to call their main hotline to discuss, which I did, to no avail. If you really want to speak to me, please provide your direct number.you can use my name to research my claim. Otherwise it appears you are just checking the box.

New clients as our Dr.kicked us and many others in Spring Hill area to the curb because of only taking Medicaid clients. In other words, to hell with everyone that has been with you since you took roots in our town.
Michael Handcock, ARPN took us in no questions! His wonderful team, John and Sarah (sorry if I got Sarah's name wrong) got us both in within days and when I was sick even before my 1st appointment bam! Got me right in that day with their clinic. I hope to continue on this path to a better future with a team that actually cares and wants to figure out our medical problem rather than just a change in another med.or add another pill.
Thank you everyone. They have restored my faith.
Keep up the good work.

The ER was very busy. Great nurses, Mallery Johnson, Bernadette (transporter), the male nurse in the ER and the PA. Great experience and nice people!

Had to go to ER twice in a month and both times horrible service. First time over 2 hours playing musical chair second time they forgot me for over 2 hours out in waiting area will IV line waiting to get cat scan. Nurse sees me still sitting out in waiting area after over 2 hours, finally got cat scan back to sitting in waiting area finally after another hour and half hour I left. Both times pathetic. Recommend you pick another place SAD!

Grateful for observation and my obvious need for a wheelchair; attentive, kind X-ray staff, Nurse Wendy’s support and PA communication
Thanks

Was originally recommended by doc to go to Bravera Citrus Hills clinic for imaging. Oscar insurance did not recognize it as a sister-clinic and told me I had to go to main hospital. So that was a SNAFU.

Neal, RN - did an amazing job with my 2 & 1/2 year old. Neal was very patient and included me and my child in the plan of care. He explained everything and took the time to also explain it to my little one. Thank you for treating us like family! Jill RN was super sweet as well! Thank y’all so much.

Overall, the doctor visit was fine. It was when I called today stating that I have had four at home positive COVID tests, the nurse said what don't you understand, there is no cure for COVID. I was asking about antibody infusion. Hung up. Over it.

I have always had pleasant experiences at this hospital until my most recent visit. I don’t know still what is wrong with me… the doctor took me right back and asked me some questions. He told me because I wasn’t vaccinated and I occasionally drink and smoke “welcome to covid”. I was tested for covid and two days later my results were negative! I am still extremely ill & nothing I take has really helped me. I’ve had a migraine for 4 days now. It is really unfair I was turned away without knowing for sure if it was covid or not…. Just food for thought… maybe not assume without knowing the facts. Especially if you’re a doctor.

I was recently admitted to 7 rivers for a kidney stone surgery with DR Raj. The staff including nurse support staff and everyone who I came into contact with were phenomenal. I would definitely go back if ever needed.

Everyone was great except the first nurse I talked to he was really rude made me feel like I should not have come in the the emergency room. Laughed at me when I told him what I was allergic to. Talk to me like I was stupid. His name I believe was Nicolas. The doctor was great found out I had pneumonia. Gave me meds and sent me on my way. I would say I would recommend this hospital but idk when you sick the last thing you want is some one being rude af to you

They worst experience in my life and my husbands life! The medical staff acted like they didn't have time to answer questions of any kind! They kept telling my husband couldn't walk! It took the head of the hospital to walk my husband down the hell in front of everyone! All other stuff totally ignored his request for water, food that he could eat, and to walk himself to the bathroom! I wouldn't take my dog there.

I went to the hospital for general surgery, from the moment I walked in the door I was treated excellent. I was greeted by a young nurse then went through registration and within 5 min Samantha an R. N came out to get me.
Then i met another nurse Jennifer who was awesome, she made me feel comfortable and reassured me all would be fine. My care at this hospital was the best experience one could have in that kind of setting. Dana was my nurse when I came out into recovery and she was awesome as well. Thankyou Jennifer, Dana and Samantha. Finally patient care is first.
