Lots of dirt/dead bugs in the corners of the room, the shower floor was very slippery and the bathroom didn't feel very fresh and clean - the property is really just in need of being refreshed. The staff, however, was very friendly and attentive.

Needs some TLC.
Rooms with street view are very noisy, even though we stayed on the 3rd floor.
Water pressure in the shower was non existent

We had a bad stay, however, the hotel acknowledged our grief, extended an apology and adequately made up for the event. The room was nice as well as the view. We appreciate the care taken to remedy the situation and are thankful for the leadership's understanding.

We had a perfect weekend staying at the Bayfront Inn. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and friendly. We met Michelle the hotel manager and she made sure we had a lovely room with a bay view and gave us complimentary drinks while housekeeping was getting our room ready. The rooms are very clean and have been updated. Breakfast was fabulous overlooking the bay. Mimosas were delicious! All and all we had a wonderful stay and would like to say thank you to the staff at Bayfront Inn for making our weekend so memorable. We will see you again in December!

Bad customer service. Our check in was at 3: 00pm on Saturday 11th, 2022. We arrived at the hotel at 3: 15pm and the receptionists kept us waiting for our room until 4: 20 pm. One of them, an African American lady, was very rude when answering my questions.

Horrible experience from minut number 1.
Wasn't going to give us a key, because they entered the conformation number wrong 5 times in a row. Even though we showed them conformation up on arrival. Room they gave us 301. STAY OUT OF ROOM 301. ️MOLD, ️MOLD, ️MOLD, ️ they told us they all sold out and can't move us to a different room.

When we got there, our reservation was not paid through priceline, so they said we canot give you keys, we'll ok we settled it with hotel and priceline (they did take our money at booking), the staff was rude, careless (turns out the hotels was at fault cause they punched wrong #s it had nothing to do with priceline) when we got to our room it was dirty and had mold (pic included) we tried to change but they said they had no availability. Poor service, rude staff.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with such warm hospitality. Nick was great at handling my check in and Macy went above and beyond to make sure my stay was relaxing and stress free. I'm a nurse and rarely get any down time especially over these last couple of years. I had A few days off of work and decided to just book a room and really unwind. When Macy found out a was a healthcare worker she made sure my stay was.just what the doctor
ordered. I will Definitely be back.thank you for making my stay so enjoyable

Great boutique inn. Small quaint rooms with an old school vibe that’s charming. Clean. Perfect location. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Nick and Michelle both went out of their way to make the stay pleasant and I loved every minute of my stay. My first 2 days in the area were spent north at a major chain and I wish I’d found this sooner! I will be back

The location of the hotel is great - the hotel itself is okay. But I'm giving Omar at the front desk this five star review. Someone had snuck their dog in and it was barking so loud for HOURS right below us. I asked the front desk to do something at 10pm. Nothing. So at 11pm I went down and said they had to do something about the dog. Now. That's when Omar stepped in and took care of the situation. He went to the barking dog room and I went to my room. And we never heard the dog barking again. That's what I call customer service. Thank you Omar for saving the day (and the night)!

This is a great Hotel.everyone is super nice. The room is clean and the view was great.it is right on front of Tin City and close to the beach.walk down to Tin City as there is a walkway under the bridge that takes you back and forth. Love this lil gem.

Front desk and housekeeping crews were very attentive and friendly. Room was ready for us even though we arrived earlier than the designated check in time. Facility was slightly dated but was very well maintained. The facility had a nice bar and restaurant area to sit out by the harbor. They offered complimentary beach chairs and towels helping us to travel light. Would most definitely stay here again!

It's a hit or miss here.
Sometimes the pool and hot tub are not working.
The water pressure in the shower was poor.
There are 3 standard pillows to each bed instead of 4.
There are no bathtubs.

The location was good. Tin City is a tourist marketplace with a bunch of trinkets. Good if your into that kind of dust collectors. The winery is a joke. Back to the room. Its in a good location. Its on a very loud street. The beds are comfortable, and the little bar serves decent food. Nice little pool also.

The stay was awful. Too noisy on the middle of the night, we barely can sleep. The sink was stuffed, the bathroom was dirty. On the other hand, great locación and good customer service. The pool area was nice and has a beautiful view.

Loved it! Couldn't believe how quiet it was since it was the vicinity of the restaurant. Also the staff was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Had a great stay here. We had a n early flight and arriving at 1130am asked but didn’t expect to be able to check in early. We were told we could eat at the restaurant and use the pool till check in time. Nice girl at front desk told us where to change for using the pool and before we could get our swimsuits on she informed us an early check in was available! That was great to hear. We spent our entire first day on premises only leaving to hit up the ABC store. Has lunch which was priced correct for what was offered. Had bay view room overlooking the mangroves and the marina, fish rolling in the cove as well. Cool to watch snook feed at night around the lights. Bar was busy at night, fun crowd, staff was great!

I’m giving 4 stars bc I feel that the interior and landscaping needs improvement. We did see a guy painting the door frames in the lobby. Good to see. The landscaping in the past was gorgeous not a dead limb on a palm tree to be found type of care. Naples is a tough municipality when it comes to zoning etc, so I’m sure the new owners are working out improving the grounds and growth to specific codes etc.

Apparently the Bayfront has new ownership. As a return guest I’m happy to hear this bc I’ve noticed a decline in the past specially how the landscaping and hotel interior have been taken care of. I’m hoping to return to see improvements in these areas because I will be returning.
