Bayfront Park reviews
16 My favorite place on Bayfront.
You can walk around or sit under a tree.you can also walk your dog.
The Tiki bar offers sea food and drinks, plus live music.
You can enjoy with your family and friends!
Beautiful park! Lots of friendly people. Nice views. Red tide was horrible though, with dozens of dead and smelly fish floating and washed up on the sand and among the rocks. There's a nice playground and swings and benches throughout the park. Nice walking trail which is paved and a good length for exercise. There's also a tiki restaurant with loads of seating and live music on stage while we were there. Dogs are welcome. Loved it!
This place is so beautiful when the sun goes down and boats in the surface of the waters. There is also a park right behind where I sat on the bench. The water seemed very clear.
One of my favorite places in Sarasota I've lived here for eight years and there's nothing like hanging out at bayfront ride your bike there walk there over there whatever it takes hang out at Ally's tiki bar have a blast always
Great views. Nice place to stroll by the water. Benches and swings around the perimeter make it a great park to relax in. Parking is usually easy.
This is a Beautiful Park built around Sarasota Bay. Great for all ages! Lots of benches, shade, swings, kids area, dog walking, boat watching. Places to eat close by with bathrooms. All on the water. Highly Recommend
Walked around the park, nice loop good views of the bay and fun to look at the boats that the elites own which cost more than your house and they rarely use. Tiki place seemed like a fun place to grab a drink and people watch.
Good place to walk around and chill out. They have several swings you can sit/lay down and enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade.
Excelente parque para tomarse fotos frente a la bahía y es impresionante la estatua de marinero y su novia. Excellent park to take photos in front of the bay and the statue of a sailor and his girlfriend is impressive.
Awesome park. Name says it all. It's right in front of the bay, right by downtown Sarasota. See the yachts and the boat club right by Marina Jacks, and the sailboats anchored in the bay. Right by downtown Sarasota, it's a perfect escape from the urban feel of downtown. They've got a playground with plenty of shade structures, a splash pad for smaller kids, benches and swings by the bay front, and a dolphin fountain.
It's always been a great place, no matter the Vista you wish to have it's a great place to relax and watch the world. Nice wide concrete paths that are in good order, plenty of benches, and a great place to safely watch a sunset. There's a little something for everyone sculpture, boats, ambling paths, and the largest public playground and fountain in the area. (AKA bring dry clothes for your child)
If you have a large vehicle be fore warned there is no back-in parking you must nose-in to each parking space (they will ticket you). It's some of the only free parking left in the area and parking is difficult to come by most days. There are two restaurants both are pretty standard coastal Fair, Marina Jack's is a bit too pricey for my tastes (but has AC), O'Leary's is a reasonably priced tiki bar, has a good burger, and sells beer by the piture.
Beautiful walk for any time of day. Absolutely stunning views. Food. Playground. Splash pad. Benches. Everything a park could have this does.
Very nice little park to walk around. Clean park and nice shade trees. Public restrooms available. Playground for kids. Nice place to sit and people watch and watch boats.
A great place to walk, picnic and watch the sunset. The park is dog friendly as long as they are leashed and picked up after. There is a nice playground for the kids and O’Learys for food and drinks. A great park overall.
Such a nice playground area with lots of shade and a nice breeze. Came here after brunch in downtown and it was such a lovely time.
