Baymont by Wyndham Daytona Beach/Intl Speedway

So haven't been in the run down la quinta. Roaches and air conditioner don't work but I guess once All right that's a plus

Beds comfortable. Nothing worked in our rooms though. No phone. No tv. They didnt work. Maintenance never came to fix the problem.

Loved our stay here, the staff was very accomodating and super nice. Stayed four days for Rockville. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definately stay again!

Maintenance absolutely missing. Rooms were terribly maintained. Plumbing was backing up almost daily and had to plunge the toilet ourselves. No room service done throughout stay of 4 days. Had to switch 3 rooms in 4 days stay. On our last night, one of the rooms started leaking water onto the hallway and the only maintenance done was to spread some towels to soak up the water. Non-smoking rooms were wreaking of smoke smell. Horrible stay and will never go back! Giving 1 star so that I could write a review. Avoid it at all cost!

My worst experience ever. Apparently you allow dangerous dogs to stay here.

Upon checking in, I had to deal with a big rottie mix killing a yorkie. It "broke off the leash" and attacked the yorkie, the yorkie owner, and another guest. It popped loose and almost bit me next. After all this, the office wouldn't tell me if the OWNERS would be removed after the investigation. I'm sorry but a 14yr old disabled boy walking a rottie is about as dumb as their conveniently no cameras facing the pool. This has to be the motel in daytona. I have the right mind to call corp and demand a refund. I couldn't trust walking my dogs. I had to drive 2miles to a park to feel safe and now have my ptsd triggering from the event.

Come to la quinta, get traumatized and feel unsafe with your dog here. I also was told this isn't the first attack by a bad owner on property.

PROs Cold air. Accepts pets, Close to the speedway, the interstate, and winghouse. CONS smells like pets every. Our room had stained carpet, bathroom door falling off the hinges, toilet that rocked when you sat on it. The tub had a stick on mat that rust was creeping out from under. We suffered through to have our dog.

The Appsultle worst hotel experience I've ever had house keeping is practically not there some one broke into one of our party's room hotel staff were completely useless and refused to help in anyway I don't recommend staying there

Do not stay at this hotel. This place was disgusting. It was so run down, moldy, dirty. The place is really bad. The only good thing was the girl at the desk. The lobby is bad, the rooms are falling apart, locks don’t lock, rooms smell. Beware of this place.

All in all, it is a one night hotel for the most part. For the tired traveler who wants to just rest, take a shower, get a good night sleep and go on. The price is not bad, even though it was reserved the same day, as a non smoker room. The first room we were given had a strong reek of cigarette smoke. It was changed. Went to shower and the was no soap, had to use a bit of what was in the tiny shampoo bottle. During the night, we endured two neighborly fights (or heavy arguments, if you prefer) that kept us up for a while and then we slept and missed the"free breakfast". Room was clean, though it showed its overdue refreshing, painting and all. Plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Located right off the exit on I-95, behind a Wings restaurant. Friendly staff, nice grounds, pool included.

If I could give this hotel a negative I would went to Rockville took this hotel through Wyndham rewards because it was close to the venue went in the room it was musky no phone worked small beds roaches in the drawer and in the bathroom had to wait for towels not enough towels for the entire hotel toilet Paper roll falling off the wall dirty tissues Key cards deactivated two days prior to leaving had to reactivate them twice

What a disgusting place to stay! The hotel is in deplorable conditions and they need the department of health to be called on them. From the moment I arrived and walked into the lobby I knew I was going to regret reserving at this hotel. The first room assigned to us was not ready and super dirty. The second room assigned to us had the beds made but the room was not cleaned, not vacuumed and the carpets were disgusting! I didn’t feel safe taking of my mask the whole time. The common area were shabby! Dusty, dirty, dead plants, garbage everywhere, hallways were dark, dingy and lights were flickering. Front desk staff have little initiative. We left right away and it has been 2 days that the manager hasn’t called to apologize or even offer a refund. A non refundable policy does not entitle a hotel to provide these types of conditions to public. It’s highway robbery. Steer clear from this hotel!

This LaQuinta is very run down. For a Corporate chain the quality is very poor. Not only were there roaches in the room, the room had a moist and moldy smell to it. We booked in advanced and if we hadn’t we never would have continued to stay. It is just not a mini vacation stay a couple of day kind of hotel, people live here. They made us sign a wavier stating we wouldn’t hang clothes off a balcony. Who would do that unless you were living there. I contacted corporate no response. If you are looking to stay somewhere for cheap please don’t waist your money here spend an extra couple bucks and stay somewhere else.

Needed a room with bed and couch.
The pull out couch was filthy the mattress is broken down and should be at the local dump! The chair in the room was dirty and should be at the same dump.
Asked the man at the desk for bedding for the couch 3 different times and he promised to deliver it to the room never did, we had to go and get it at 8: 30 at night, we checked in at 5: 00pm…

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as I was visiting Daytona Beach, so it was the perfect stop for my visit, and it was close to local restaurants.

Wish someone would pick up the phone at front desk at the location. Tired of getting to someone off site at reservations. Stay was decent for price. Spa did not work. Hallways could have been cleaner. Overall would stay again. Still wish someone would pick up phone as trying to reach them for full day for something left behind.

Definitely subpar for a Wyndham property! The front desk looks like a low-rent motel. The rooms are better, admittedly. They’ve been renovated in the past 5 years or so. But you can still tell it’s just on old motel with a fresh coat of paint and not much more. Decent price for Daytona - $100/night, but we discovered we could have stayed on the beach for nearly the same price since it’s the off season. This property is conveniently located right off I95.

Nice, quiet, very reasonable $$, and totally pet friendly to all sorts and breeds of animals. Very good food at breakfast time. You get to make your own waffles too. Fun, fun, fun.

By far the best hotel i stayed in. Its so close to everything. Attractions restaurant and beach. Great place to go for a lil getaway weekend. All the rooms had balconies. The pool was nice to enjoy. Will def be back

Stayed again here the weekend of September 11 thru 12th. Things were a lil different this time but would still recommend this place. Added pics from our stay

The room was decent for the price spent. There was no ice machine in my building so I had to walk to the next building over which wasn't close just for ice. We also had a problem with wasps on the balcony but called and someone came quickly and helped with that. Overall it was just a good experience.
