STOP AND READ. GREAT LOCATION CLEAN AND SUPER FREIENDLY STAFF. I was so worried because of all the bad reviews that I almost changed my reservation. When we arrived, the front desk associate was so helpful and nice. He told us all about the breakfast and times. The lobby smelled nice. So I mentioned that, and he said the rooms smell like this. They do smell nice and clean. We had a king-size bed that was comfortable. The pillows are a little small. The shower tub combo was clean, and I took a hot bath. Which tells you the water is hot, not like most places. This morning, I went down to check out the breakfast. I was surprised by the coffee. They had flavor creamer, which I love, and it was good. The selection of food was eggs, sausage, cereal, waffle maker, and yougert. For beverages, the offered milk and juice (apple and orange). I asked about the bad reviews, and the front desk explained. I was disappointed about the spa not working. They said they just had it fixed and someone broke it again. Also, the location is convenient. I hope this review helps you decide to stay here. You will enjoy it.

King bedroom was cool BUT too many incompleteness.and the bed is hard to me. Staff should be able to speak enough English to translate what is being TRANSLATED. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTING THINGS THEY SEE THATS WRONG WITH THE ROOM TO THE MAINTENANCE. ALSO I INCLUDED SOME PICS FOR REFERENCE. I HAD TO ASK FOR A BLANKET FROM FRONT DESK WHICH NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS THERE. PHONE MUST BE DISCONNECTED. HOW ARE YALL RUNNING A BUSINESS WITHOUT USING THE DAM PHONE? FOUND A BETTER BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL. ROOM 417
THE PICTURES ARE SUPPOSE BE OF HOW DIRTY THE WINDOWS WERE. I COULDNT EVEN ENJOY THE VIEW! I'm checking out.

MAN UPGRADE THE DOOR LOCKS. I'VE SEEN CHEAP HOTELS WITH CARD TAP. NO MORE STICKING CARDS IN AND OUT BAYMONT. GET IT TOGETHER. BEDS COULD BE A LIL SOFTER. I LEFT YOU A PICTURE OF HOW WYNDHAM STANDARD TOWEL SETUP SHOULD BE.

IM HONESTLY SHOCKED. THIS HOTEL AS POTENTIAL. I STAYED IN ROOM 417 AND IT WAS OK. EVEN THOUGH THE FAN DIDNT WORK, MISSING A REMOTE, THE LIGHT ABOVE MICROWAVE AREA DIDNT WORK, NO SECURITY LATCH ON DOOR, SMALL PILLOWS, NOT ENOUGH LINENS, I STILL WILL COME BACK. THE WATER PRESSURE IS AMAZING. MAY SEEM PETTY BUT BELIEVE ME I HAVE STAYED IN 5 STAR HOTELS WHO'S WATER PRESSURE IS NON EXISTENT. THE BED IM STILL ON THE FENCE ABOUT.

Update Thanksgiving 640am
I CAME TO BREAKFAST WITH MY TUPPERWARE BOWL TO TAKE BREAKFAST TO GO. THE INDIAN MAN CAME AND SAID NO FOOD LEAVE HERE. I ASKED WHY HE YELLED NO!

so apparently the front desk shut off its phones so they can't be bothered by guest. I had the corporate try calling to no avail. Damn shame. I need my towels. Guess I'm changing my ratings from 4 stars to 2 stars.

I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt but after how the Indian man ran down on me for wanting to take my breakfast and go.that came off has BROKE- CHEAP -AND WILL CUT CORNERS. PLUS THE FACT THAT PPL SLEEP IN THEIR CARS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PLACE AND PEOPLE LOITER @THE FRONT ENTRANCE - I hope I never have to stay here again.

This place is not nice especially for the money they charge you would expect it to be better kept
The whole place has a mold/air freshener smell that is so bad it gave me a massive headache
The hallways are dirty the rooms were dirty the sheets had holes in them the remote for the tv wasn’t even the right one for that tv
They allow people to hang in the parking lot blasting music until all hours of the night
Horrible experience look elsewhere

The location is the best thing going for this place. We checked in after a long days drive and it all went downhill from there. The lobby looks nice, but the rest of the hotel is on the verge of falling apart. There's standing water by the ice machine, the elevator smells vaguely of poo and the room and halls smelled like layers of old bleach. The floors are chipped and coming up, and for some reason the entire third floor had "caution, wet floor" signs. All of the paint is in a strange state of either being caked on or chipping off depending on the wall you're looking at, and the floors left our socks almost black from lack of being cleaned.
Despite saying it could sleep at least 3 people, there was no extra pillows or blankets and the pillows they did provide were very small and not supportive. I would highly encourage Wyndham to shut this place down until it can either be straight up demolished or at least renovated entirely.

Disgusting.
We had a one night reservation and after checking in, discovered the window dressing could not close, our room being on the first floor.
Went to the front desk, as no one answers the telephone and spoke to the receptionist who in turn directed me to a male attendant in their office.
On taking this individual to the room and explaining our issue, he stated that, “if you don’t like the room, we can cancel the room and give you a full refund, ” instead of being hospitable to your guest.
We were on our way to dinner, and asked him to fit the issue.
On our return to the room, we discovered that the attendant had placed two clips to hold the drapes together.
In addition, we tried the TV, and was not working, again complained to the front desk. The wash basin was filthy and no hot water.
We checked out the next morning and inquired from the receptionist who was this attendant that requested that if we did not like the room, he can cancel our reservation.
To our amazement, we were told that this individual was the owner of the hotel. One would not have know as he was very untidily dressed and rather clumsy.
A shocking situation and will not be going to this hotel again.

Worse place to stay if you smoke they don't have a place to leave you butts outside in the place designated for smoking and if you leave it in your room trash can they kick you out for smoking. Yet the whole place smells like marijuana.

Worst, most disgusting, hotel room I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the girl at the desk instructed a maid to go check on the room. By the time I got to the room the maid was coming out with a dirty bleach rag. The room was dirty, strong smell of bleach and in very poor condition.see pics. Furniture beat up, and paint peeling of the bathroom door. Of course they couldn't or wouldn't switch rooms as the said the were totally booked.with about 10 cars in the lot? Do not stay at this hotel!

The place is having some upgrades completed, at the moment the pool has grass growing up through the concrete in places, the building has mildew and mold on the exterior that needs to be cleaned, for some reason some things are a little unkept but for the price it's not bad, the majority of the items in the room have been upgraded along with the lobby and hallways. Once all of the work is completed I'm sure those things will be taken care of. The pool and spa are functioning as of last weekend

Please do not stay here.
My flight was cancelled at 11PM at night, so I had to make a decision to either find a hotel or stay in the airport overnight. I honestly would have been better off staying in the airport. I scrambled to find a hotel that was available and picked this one because it had the cheapest price. Now I know why.
The website said there was a shuttle, so I called for pickup and was informed that it wasn't working. This should have been my first indication that this hotel was the wrong choice.
I checked in no problem. The woman on duty was very nice. Another customer was keeping her on the phone and she was very apologetic and professional about it. So, I thought everything was going to go ok. I took the elevator up to my room and immediately noticed that the hotel was incredibly worn down and needed a ton of updating. I walked into my room and the door didn't shut properly or maybe the hinges weren't hung right, so it left what looked like a huge gap and ton of light was shining in from the hallway. This made me a little uneasy as I was traveling alone and it was late at night. I put the chair up against the door-although I'm not really sure what good it would have done if someone really did try to break in. As I unpacked, I noticed a smell of mold and a damp feeling. The floor was dirty and needed a good clean. My fault for assuming it would be ok to walk around barefoot. The caulking in the bathroom tub needed help and it was built so high that it was difficult to get in and out of-lose your balance and it’s over. I needed a shower and the water was hot and the pressure was good (a redeeming quality). The toilet kept running every 30 minutes or so.
By the time I got into bed (which was actually very comfortable-another redeeming quality), it was close to 2AM. As I was drifting off to sleep, I heard another person come out of their room, slamming the door and talking loudly on their phone, almost yelling. I gave it some time before I considered calling downstairs to complain, but they eventually stopped.
I woke up early the next morning as I needed to get back to the airport for my flight. I had a few extra minutes to sleep, but could not because there were 2 dogs outside barking at each other for what seemed like a good hour (this was around 5AM). I was questioning why this was happening, but I honestly was not surprised at this point. I then went downstairs for the free breakfast and it was actually very good (another redeeming quality). I finished and went back to my room to packup. As I was catching the elevator to go down, a man with a dog was coming up. I didn't know they allowed animals there and I later learned that a lot of people live at this hotel. That doesn't bother me, but if it bothers you, take note.
I wanted so badly to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt, but I can't. It needs a lot of work and a lot of cleaning.
The redeeming qualities:
-The woman at the front desk, who checked me in and out. I believe her name is Lisa. She was very nice and helpful.
-The comfortable bed
-The hot shower
-The breakfast
-The distance from the airport
Those qualities are why I added the 2nd star.

This hotel badly needs renovations and upgrades, there’s chipped paint in the rooms, the furniture and fixtures are badly outdated and in need of repairs, and they are not well cleaned. The dirty napkin photo is from a small amount of water I spilled on the floor which I cleaned up with the napkin, it ended up black from all the dirt on the floor.

Booked and paid for three nights and left after only two nights. There was a group of what appeared to be homeless individuals drinking copious amounts of beer while camped out on the front porch of the hotel, all day and night, with no apparent intervention from hotel staff, and the police were there at least 3 times in 2 days for various disturbance calls. The once white towels in my room were dingy grey and the room itself felt gross.
You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Didn’t have correct room type upon check in. First room had a moldy wall above the window and the ac left a constant puddle on the floor. We could smell the mold when we walked in but it was nearly midnight and the curtains were closed, so we didn’t see it. Found the source of the smell in the morning when opening the curtains for some sunlight. Second room was given to us on day 2, it had moldy air vents and a german roach on the wall. Third room had 2 moldy air vents, one of which was spreading to the surrounding wall, and it smelt of urine. Never saw a manager and front desk would only refund one night, because we obviously weren’t staying a second night. BOOK THE SPRINGHILL SUITES NEXT DOOR INSTEAD!
