Roaches in my room and the room smelled like old dirty carpet.

The room was well organized thought.

There was a musty smell, but the dehumidifier helped a lot. Of course, I had to monitor it & empty it as needed. I see pallets of tile outside in the parking lot, so removing old stained carpet will help. The tub was dingy & mold growing in the crack. Pillows were harsh. What a dissapointment the hot tub- strong chlorine & no heat! I was walked in on in the morning because my handicap mobility didn't allow me to get to the door fast enough to answer the maid about check out. That was uncomfortable. Front desk was very nice. I had to park aways from my room as parking was tight. Not enough spaces in front of the rooms. Next time- I'll go to the Holiday Inn next door.

The pictures make the place look much nicer than it is. It's definitely more of a motel. We got in the room and didn't even walk past the beds before leaving. The carpet was dirty and stained and the room smelled musty. Roaches were crawling on the desk. I can't comment on the bathroom as we never saw it. It was worth losing what we paid to go stay anywhere else. The front desk clerk was very nice.

This place is cheap but it is more like a motel, not a hotel. Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Lobby looks nice. Room was so-so but the smell was horrible! Moldy smell as soon as you walk in room. If it hadn't been so late I would have requested another room.
Shower had no shelf or anyplace to put your toiletries. Had to lay everything on the floor which could have used a deep scrub.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Service was good, they have a really friendly staff, i stayed here for 4 days and i didnt have a single problem

This used to be a very nice hotel. It seems overnight the quality has diminished. Bathroom tubs are dirty, room service is not up to par or poorly trained.

The place was clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Decent room. The dehumidifier and air conditioner were noisy all night. The room was clean and comfortable.

Does not look like the pictures online was very hesitant on even staying there left the hotel and went to a different one. I do not recommend smelled like mold or something wet also had stains on the bedding

Found a fingernail under the covers when I pulled them back. Bathroom tub was dirty and long hairs on bathroom tub walls. Floors were extremely stained and floors were wet still. Definitely would not stay again.

I am a travel nurse who works nights and need a place to stay that is flexible. Faby, was so accommodating and helpful!

Stay away. Mold.strong musty smell. You can see the mold growing on the walls in the bathroom. Spend a few extra dollars and go to adjacent Holiday Inn Express. I sure wish I had.

Like thuis place great pool ok breakfast and close to wal mart and great television channel selection

Checked into and out of in less than 20 minutes, at least the needle doesn't look used

Room was a little moldy smelly probably because of the ancient carpet. Coffee maker had something white growing in it. The pillows were like cereal boxes. Better off rolling up a towel to sleep on. The highway I-75 right next to our room made it even harder to sleep I would not stay there again. I’m only giving it a 2 because it was not the worst place I have stayed.

Enjoyed my stay, it was clean and the lady at the front was very friendly and had a positive attitude.

Great and Great this is a very well maintained hotel that look like a new hotel the plus is the hot breakfast if you have to stay on fort Myers area this is the right one even you have drive a little more

Flight canceled and thankfully a warm welcome and a clean room was available. Mindy at desk was outstanding. Quiet and satisfying breakfast
