Bayside Urgent Care Center, Clearwater FL

This place was the fastest, friendliest staff I have ever experienced. Being from out of town I was reluctant, but they did everything right in my book

I was very satisfied with my visit to Bayside Urgent Care Center, Clearwater Florida,
Especially with the Physician Assistant,
Marijo Bilitski. She was very pleasant and very professional…. Answering my questions that made feel that I made the right choice to come to your facility.

From the moment I checked in the front desk ladies were warm and welcoming. Did not have to wait long and my doctor was awesome, very kind and caring and I felt well taken care of. Great experience, Tina De Costa

Best Urgent Care center at which I have ever been treated. From my years as a active young man, parenting our own active children, and over 20 years managing my own several chronic challenges, i have seen my share of ERs.
Bayside Urgent Care was notably the top facility I have experienced. Facility was hospital clean, convenient location, and simple to check in and out.
All staff were professional, respectful, and provided prompt service. They clearly explained procedures, tests and results.
Outside Lab tests were promptly processed and a very friendly timely follow up call again was clearly explained.

Sean and Jillian were amazing! I have no idea what I would do without them! I came so worried about my ears being a little clogged and they helped me and were so professional and I felt so taken care of! I would recommend them!

My wife was treated there for a nasty ear infection by PA Sean Mack. We didn't have an appointment but they worked us in very quickly and Sean's diagnose and treatment plan quickly got her on the road to recovery. Sean also had great "bedside" manners in explaining what was going on, what treatment he prescribed and patiently answering my questions. Thanks Sean and thanks Bayside!

I have been to Bayside a few different times. I really like that they are open on the weekends. Such good service. I like the Dr's and the staff. I also like that you can get blood work done there in-house and don't have to go off premises.very convenient!

The wait was quite long, bit longer than told when arriving. Didn't feel Dr was very thorough, just prescribed Z pack with little examination, didn't bother to do a flu test. Also not very sanitary to have a dog following him around in a medical facility, likely a violation.

We’re down here visiting my parents and of course with 2 little kids we needed urgent care. PA Ariel was absolutely incredible, so very helpful and kind to us! Our care could not have been better. Even though there were a ton of people in the waiting room, we got in fairly quick and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful! I am recommending to my family for all their urgent needs!

A terrific experience. Thought I'd have a negative experience and it was the exact opposite.

A few weeks ago my 2 year old son was feverish and dehydrated. My husband scheduled an appointment online and brought him there within 30 minutes. They were immediately brought to the back and had an excellent experience with the staff and doctor who diagnosed him with 2 ear infections and RSV. My daughter and I got there soon after and went to room with them and were treated professionally and with genuine care. The Dr ordered 2 prescriptions at the location of our choice. We had an excellent experience there, but what really blew my mind was when I received a call from the office a few days later to check on my son. I was NOT expecting that from an urgent care facility! Definitely would irecommend.

We recently moved and needed a urgent care for my daughter. Bc of positive reviews we chose Bayside urgent care. It did not disappoint! We got signed in and to a room quick. The staff from the front reception, medical assistants to the PA Ariel were all wonderful! I was dealing with a migraine, so they got me checked in and seen also! Thanks all!

If you are looking for quality care, look elsewhere. The term "urgent" describes this place. I have to say that the wait times are fairly quick however don't expect the staff to be very friendly and guide you through everything. I had to ask about what to expect during the visit vs them explaining those things to me. IMO, little things like that make a big difference and put the patient at ease.

I was impressed with Bayside Urgent Care beginning with the first call to them.
The person answered the phone and encouraged me to come in, even though it was very close to closing time.
When I arrived at 5: 45 (they closed at 6: 00) their only concern was how I felt.
Went in to see Shawn.the practicing physician on call.and, he was amazingly calm, not rushed.and caring.
Remedying my problem was paramount to him.
Bayside Urgent Care is a place to know about.certainly, and, to use when you have a health issue.
I was more than satisfied.

UPDATE October 2022: Thanks again for being a great no-hassle option for medical care - Sean stitched me up and Marian removed them today - everyone here is professional, courteous and compassionate!
Been here a few times, may be going today. Usually no wait and staff is very professional and helpful. Highly recommended for minor health issues. They can fix you right up! A MUCH better option than ER.

Seems the quality of doctors has gone down. Going to school to become a doctor is a long journey but doesn't always produce results.

Maybe it's the new generation. Ego problems, misinformed, unable to think outside the box.

Anyway I don't recommend this location, seems the quality across the board is lower than normal.
