Bayview Palms Condominium Association reviews
2 Right now, my experience has been far from pleasant due to a particular issue - the back door. It is an absolute nightmare that disturbs my peace and quiet on a daily basis.
The problem lies with the door closer, which clearly needs some serious adjusting or replacing. Every time someone uses the back door, it slams shut with such force that it sounds like a small explosion. I can't even begin to describe how annoying and disruptive this is, especially considering it's a shared space with multiple residents coming and going throughout the day.
The noise from the slamming door is simply unbearable. It literally reverberates through my apartment and echoes down the entire hallway, making it feel like I'm living next to a construction site. It's impossible to enjoy a peaceful morning, afternoon evening or even get a good night's sleep when you're constantly subjected to such unnecessary and excessive noise pollution.
To make matters worse, it seems like no one even acknowledges this issue, let alone take it seriously. The lack of response and action is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the management's commitment to providing a comfortable living environment for their tenants.
Living in an apartment building should be a place of respite and tranquility, but this faulty door closer has turned it into a daily source of frustration. The constant slamming noise is an absolute nuisance, and the fact that the management has neglected to address this problem only adds insult to injury. It's a shame that such a simple fix could significantly improve the quality of life for all residents, yet it remains unresolved.
In conclusion, if you're considering moving into this apartment building, I strongly advise against it unless you have the patience of a saint and can cope with persistent, disruptive noise. The inability to properly adjust or replace the faulty door closer indicates a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for tenant satisfaction. Look elsewhere for a more peaceful and considerate place to call home.
This might also be an ADA violation. Let's see.
Favoritism where I live and neglectful on renters needs within the building.
