Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort reviews
16It’s a very neat and clean environment. Very convenient and beautifully constructed. We enjoyed our stay. If you have a family please consider this space. It’s very private. 10/10. The layout is phenomenal and view is to die for.
Anna made check in a smooth and easy process! She helped us find parking and told us all of the perks of staying. There’s a putt putt golf area, pool, complimentary coffee, an arcade, and even complimentary beer. The place is clean and friendly! Love it!
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Just walk across the street to the beach. Our room, right on the bay, had gorgeous views and was very tranquil. Fantastic restaurants right next to location. Great service from the staff. We will definitely be staying here again.
The pictures of the bedroom do not match the rooms in real life. I am very disappointed and left on the same day to the holiday inn. The place did not refund after explaining to them about how bad my experience was. The bed sheets were obviously not washed and the kitchen was not cleaned after. The couches had mysterious stains and dirt piled up. There was no view and the windows were pointed towards the main road. There are not enough parking spaces for electric cars.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and it's a wonderful location. My sons really enjoyed the outdoor games available.
I walked in and said “nope”. I pulled out the pull out couch and there was a mysterious stain. I looked at the pictures online prior to my stay, and i was deceived.i went in to complain and get a refund but they said that there was no same day refund. They also don’t have enough chargers for electric cars.the guy said that there were multiple (two) and both were being occupied by GAS CARS.in conclusion, i was disappointed and will not be coming back.
The view of the inlet is wonderful. And being able to bring the boat is a big positive. The employees are all extremely helpful and go out of their way. The room was clean and quiet even though there were a lot of children. The outside of the building is a bit rough. The price is similar to anything else in the area. The only real negative were some of the other guests. The bed was a little soft for me but my spouse liked it.
Really small room. I had told them for 2 adults. Extremely difficult to drive in and out of on a very busy road.
Decent size room with some updates needed. Kitchen has a coffee maker but does not have coffee. Kind of odd for a hotel that is BYOC. Across the street from the beach and right on a small bay inlet.
Nice room, clean and well-appointed.
Wi-Fi kept crashing throughout my stay, disappointing for a modern hotel.
Nika and John were beyond excellence as all staff always thinking of ways to make your stay marvelous. Telling everyone about this fabulous resort!
In total agreement with Ashley's review earlier. Accommodation / views not as portrayed on website, tacky area. Not impressed at all. Originally booked to stay 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night. Would not have wanted to stay any longer, & would definitely not recommend. Very disappointing.
I went here for my 1 year anniversary and have wanted to go back since. It’s about to be my 5th year and I’m coming in hot!
Docks 3 stars.
Parking 3 stars
Lobby happy hour free Keg 5 stars.
Rooms 3 stars.
Beaches 5 stars.
Beach bar 3 stars.
Lobby Check in employees 4 stars
Fairly decent but the low flow water taps are messy, can’t turn the airflow off and to extend checkout another hour is $20, also slightly inconvenient that check in/out is in a different building (5min walk)
The website and reviews are incredibly misleading and it is far from a "resort". Me and 2 friends stayed this past weekend and I was incredibly disappointed. The pictures made it look beautiful and well worth the price but when we arrived our "waterfront view" was a view of a ghetto looking parking lot and an incredibly cheesy and tacky advertisement took up our entire window. The bathroom was tiny and the room itself was very tacky with command hooks attached to the wall. We had to check in at the main "off site location" which was very inconvenient and the "happy hour" from 4-5 was in a very tacky lobby area with a keg and disgusting boxed wine in dollar store plastic cups. There was also a $45 fee for parking that was not mentioned in the website and the entire hotel was decorated in an overdone tacky retro beach boys theme. Honestly it felt like we were staying in a cheap motel rather than a "waterfront beach resort" as advertised. And there are no refunds so the owners know EXACTLY what they are doing. Swindling people out of their money. Disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
