Very friendly & time efficient. Did not push unnecessary services or purchases, which made the experience much more comfortable.

The frame selection was very good. I purchased some very expensive titanium frames. After wearing them for 1 week, the finish began to peel off. The office confirmed that they were defective. They did not have another pair as they were "discontinued". They told me they couldn't do anything to remedy the situation since I did not purchase the protection plan. 1) They are defective, not broken. 2) My VSP plan covers damaged glasses for up to a year, so I do not need to pay extra for that service. Their advice to me and my 300 dollar glasses was to paint them. DON'T BUY GLASSES HERE.

I recommend this provider for your eye care. A very pleasant experience for my routine eye exam. The front desk employee was very friendly and explained my insurance situation and signed me in. The eye care technician was also friendly and efficient with the initial part of the exam. The optometrist arrived soon after the initial exam was completed. She was professional and took the time to explain my results which included showing my the photos that were taken during my exam.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Facility and equipment are always clean and well maintained.

Excellent experience. The best eye exam/appointment I ever had.and this is since 1979! Lol. But seriously. This office has it going on. Streamlined, professional and knowledgeable. I am so glad we made a switch and tried Pearl out.

The staff is friendly and the doc goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy with your prescription. They also have a machine that can check your retinas and optic nerve without dilation. They are thorough and super nice. Highly recommend
