3They always do a great job with the install and finishes of their granite or quartz jobs.
I went into the store April 14 for a quote on cabinets. I spoke with Justin Epps who took all of my information, showed me different styles of cabinets. He said he would send me a design for my kitchen by end of day Friday. On Friday I received an email stating that he ran out of time and would get it to me "no later than Monday". Monday came around still no design. I emailed 3 times with no response. I had 2 other quotes that I had and I told him that I needed to make a decision by end of day Tuesday. STILL. NO RESPONSE! I have just ordered with another company to the tune of $16,000. You lost my business there!
Awesome experience! I have had granite / quartz installed in more than a dozen homes. The team at B & B is, by far, the most professional group that I have worked with! Instal was without issue. Installers asked relevant questions, explained things and worked diligently to complete both bathrooms and the kitchen install in 2 hours. Would highly recommend!
