2The Palencia branch has had a long history of high turnover. In the nine years my business has been working with BB&T we have seen approx five different branch managers and countless hourly employees. Recently we were informed that they would now be putting two week holds on our clients checks due to several overdrafts during a downtime in the market from hurricane Irma. This combined with the astronomical fees they automatically charge for everything has led me to leave this review. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER you will not want to do business with this bank. Definitely not this branch. We are moving our 2.5 million dollar business to Harbor Bank because they want our business.
I love how they remember their customers and call you by name when you enter the bank. They take great care to meet all of your banking needs.
