Perfect example of a shady business. Not a competitor just a normal person whose aunt lives in a building managed by this scam of a business! Looking for anything to say to make them look good.

I have purchased my unit 5 years ago, I have never saw one financial statement, no elections for a new board of directors in almost 5 years, they keep forging elections, not even say that they do not awnser fone calls, another words, the worse management company ever, on top of they use the condominium money to fight the unit owners. My advise is do not hire this company.

Mike and his team are very respectful & very responsive I’ve dealt with quite a few property management companies but BDM is by far the best.

I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this property management company. The owner's mom that works with him, Donna Cramb is disturbingly rude. The owner himself, Mike never answers the phone, always has excuses and comes up with the most ridiculous lies. The only person that has any real customer service skills is their receptionist Angel. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business after all the problems they are involved in.

Don't work with them. They lie and steal for the fun of it. Did I mention how rude the receptionist Donna is?
And on top of all of that, they honestly have no idea how to actually manage a property. I recommend looking elsewhere if you don't want your time wasted or your blood pressure to increase.

This company is by far the most unscrupulous, conniving, deceitful and overall awful company to work with. They tow cars when they are not supposed to. My pool was always extremely dirty, literally green. They say they are available after hours for emergencies, that's a laugh because you can barely get through to them during business hours. Whenever i tried to call the office i either didn't get through to anyone or had to speak to the aggressive and rude receptionist Donna. They honestly should be reported. I don't understand how they are still able to operate as a business.

I hope you never have to deal with the employees of this property management. Very aggressive and the will find any reason not to help. Stay away from them.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT GET A STAR BUT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO STATE YOUR CLAIM ITS REQUIRED BUT THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I FLORIDA THEY ARE BULLIES WHO TRY TO TAKE OVER HOMEOWNERS UNITS SO THEY CAN SELL OR RENT THEM FOR THEMSELVES THEY FAIL FIDUCIARY ALL THESE ROOFS HAVE CRACKED AND MISSING TILES. THEY REFUSE TO KEEP ANNUAL MEETINGS AND REFUSE TO GIVE HOME OWNERS LEDGERS. MICHEAL BOUGHT A UNIT FOR 60,000 LAST YEAR THEM SOLD IT FOR 190,000 FEB. 10 2022. Which was bought with the OWNER OF FINAL NOTICE PARKING WHOM HE CLAIM HE HAD NO RELATIONS WITH HE HAS BEEN AFTER MY UNIT AFTER MY MOM PASSED, HES TOWED MY CAR NUMEROUS TIMES AND ALSO TRIED EVICTING ME AS IF I WAS DUMB. HE IS A BULLY BUT I AM NOT GOING TO LET HIM BREAK ME DOWN. I HIRED AN ATTORNEY AND HE STARTED RETALIATING BY NOT TAKING MY MONEY SO HE CAN SAY I OWE HIM BUT THANK GOD I HAD ALL MY RECEIPTS SND A GOOD ATTORNEY. THE BYLAWS V111 STATES I WAS SUMMARLY APPROVED BUT MICHAEL SAYS HE DIDNT APPROVE ME AND IS GOING TO AUCTION MY HOUSE THIS MAN AND COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED HIS CAM LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED AND HE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MANAGE ANY WHERE

Horrible management company and extremely unprofessional! Just take a look at their replies to these reviews! Rather than focusing on resolving these issues, they attack and point the blame on property owners. Really? ! Disgusting!

This management company never Awenser the phones, you cannot pay through automated payment. Therefore you send the checks and they don’t cash them on time, then they hit you with late fee and interés and other fee of 100 dollars
Even if you send the check on time.
They send you to collections on the 1 st month, for only the late fees. They do not wait the 3 month delinquent like all other management, because you are not delinquent and you paid and will continue to pay. But they will try to get more money from you that way. Is scam that they are getting away with
If You would like to pay six month ahead or 1 month, they do not allow you to.
This is the first time that I see that a business do not allow to pay in advance
Obvious is to charge you that extra money every month and to play stupid with the property owners.

B. D, M.are under investigation by DBPR, Michael Curtis is the Property Manager for Windmill Lakes in Pembroke Pines - Douglas road and Pines blvd 33025. The has not working amenities and multiple leaking roofs. No budgets, no elections, green pool and spa, no community gate. Picture from Nov 2,2021
