First off, the ambiance was superb! Excellent! The snow faint really set the mood. With that being said… it totally is NOT worth the price of admission! We decided to come here to celebrate 2 birthdays in hopes they would get to see Belle but she never made an appearance. Beast was there but made the same L shape turn each time he came out so our girls did not get to see him. Not sure if it’s because of the costume but for us to get a decent pic we had to stand and I really didn’t want to break the rules because we were told to stay in our seats. As far as the food, way over priced. The lobster bisque barely had lobster, it tastes more like tomatoes bisque. The entrees were decent I guess. The mash potatoes are literally the best thing on the menu but is it worth $65 for mashed potatoes? ! The Desserts were also under whelming. Very much aesthetically pleasing and everyone swore up and down the grey stuff would blow my mind… it was just okay. Tastes like white chocolate mixed with cream cheese. All and all for our family of 7, we will never come back and the only thing we All agreed on was that it was just okay.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday I will give it 4 stars because they don't make your day special like other Disney restaurants. She was very excited though to be at the Best castle.

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch experience. The restaurant was able to accommodate my husband's and my own food allergies. We had a superb dining experience and the cast members were fantastic! I'd visit here every time we were at Magic Kingdom.

While the venue was extravagant the food pretending to be high end French cuisine was lacking. Beast was the only character to make an appearance. He was distant and his appearances were quick. Not worth the money.

The charcuterie board and French onion soup were the best parts of the meal. Steak was good - chicken was really underwhelming. Every part of the dessert platter was tasty, but I wish it were more substantial given the price.

I went to BOG on 19 September 2021 on the first day of my 30th birthday trip to Disney. I was lucky to get a coveted dinner reservation for myself and my twin sister. Our reservation time was 6: 35pm, but we weren’t seated until 6: 45pm. However, after a full day in Magic Kingdom we needed the rest time.

Once we were seated but before our waiter arrived, a Cast Member who I am guessing was a manager came by our table, apologized for the wait, and let us know they were taking 10% off our check. I hadn’t even spoken to another CM, so I guess it was something on their reservation system that let them know about the late seating.

Anyway, our waiter was super nice and gave us the appropriate amount of attention needed for a party of 2, even with a busy ballroom of diners. I made sure to give him a nice tip for such great service (his name was Brady I believe, but I can’t remember for certain).

My sister and I each got the French Onion soup (which was very hot at first, but also very delicious) and she got the house lemonade drink which she said was good. I got a rosé (it was a different one than the Enchante Rosé because they were out of it at the time) and it was very refreshing.

Our main courses were the Filet mignonette since where else can you get a full meal with filet lignin for $62 a person? This was also my first time trying filet mignon and it was delicious. The greens and potatoes with the mignon were also great and at perfect temperature. And of course, we tried the Grey Stuff and it was indeed delicious, but I only ate 90% of the Chip cup (made of white chocolate) because I was so full-I even remarked to my sister that we may need to be rolled out of the restaurant like Violet from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Overall, a great experience and well worth the ~$140 price tag.

My only drawback to the restaurant was the lack of getting to choose where you were seated. The ballroom was very loud, and by the wall where my table was you couldn’t get good pictures of the Beast as he walked around. If given a choice, 8 would’ve loved to have eaten in the library room instead. The West Wing room can be very dark to the point in can be hard to see. However, you are allowed to go into the other rooms where you weren’t seated and take pictures of the decor, so that’s a plus.

Extra Tip-be sure to mention on the My Disney Experience app when checking into your reservation that it’s a birthday or other special occasion and they’ll give you a free Mickey-shaped serving of the Grey Stuff!

It was an enjoyable overall experience. The service and food were excellent, and the decor was beautiful. We got to see The Beast several times as he walked around the restaurant to greet us. We were seated in the west wing right next to the famous rose and near Beast's portrait from before he was transformed into the beast. I had the lobster bisque and filet mignon which were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if either you or your children (or both) are fans of Beauty and the Beast.

You are definitely paying for the atmosphere. Food is good but atmosphere is everything here with attention to detail everywhere. The beast came out about 4 times while we dined. Food was surprisingly good. Filet, kids meal, and scallops were delicious. French onion soup was decent.lobster bisque fell flat and a bit watery for my taste. We had a child with us and spent over $200 for the meal. Did I enjoy and feel it was worth it? Yes! Would I do again? Probably not any time soon.

While the atmosphere is great it really depends on where you sit in order to take full advantage of that. When we placed the reservation we requested the ballroom since we were celebrating my birthday and wanted the best view for it. When we got there they couldn't accommodate that request as they were behind. It was a group of 5 adults. Instead we got Belle's room which was nice with a pretty statue in the middle and paintings around the walls. However we sat right next to the prep station. For the price of this place I should never have to see how drinks and food are prepared. It was awful. Stuck in the corner, glasses clanking, food being trashed, server chit chat. Ugh.

As for the food.it was not worth it. I ordered the lobster bisque, filet mignon and trio dessert. I've had better lobster bisque from a mall fast food service counter. It was awful and extremely fishy tasting. 4 out of 5 of us ordered it and we all didn't like it. I absolutely love lobster, which was missing from the dish except for what I assume was blended lobster plopped on top with the smallest spoon available. The filet was decent, but overcooked and smooshed. The mash potatoes were runny and tasteless. I swear they were the instant boxed kind. I've never eaten made-from-scratch potatoes that were ever that smooth. The manager had come over at that point after our tables sent back the bisque and she said the potatoes we hand made. *Doubt*. The gray stuff was overrated, It's way to bland yet it's super sweet and it tasted like fridge. The chip cup was my favorite part though and it was filled to the very bottom which was nice.

Overall the food was awful and the location of our table was awful.

The only positive was the staff, minus the hostess situation who didn't honor our request for the room we wanted. Our server was wonderful and the manager Kent was wonderful. Though after we said we didn't like the bisque our server did start to behave as if we personally insulted him. Regardless he was attentive, knowledgeable and very very nice. Kent came by at the end after we had paid and gave our info back and comped our meal. Which was a happy surprise and we still tipped our server full price of course.

I will not go back here again it was such a disappointment and put such a damper on our great day.

I took my family of four here for my wife's birthday last night (11/2/2021). It was our first visit and likely our last. Very disappointing, considering the prices charged, the quality of the steaks. Two adult drinks and four meals came to almost $300.

Ambience: Noisy, tables incredibly close together, way too many people, and dark.

Food: The center-cut filet mignon was either a low grade or not a center cut. My son and I both had gristle in our steaks, and this shouldn’t happen in center-cut filet. I will say, they were cooked perfectly, it was just the quality of the steaks – you shouldn’t have to chew and chew a filet. The pork tenderloin was excellent and cooked perfectly medium – just a very small portion and very small side items. We had the French onion soup, but after seeing other starters come to the adjoining tables, I should’ve had the salad. It looked like a good portion and was well-presented. Lastly, the dessert. Unless you have an allergy, you get a “trio” of items that are not modifiable. The menu says “Dessert Trio, ” but there are five items listed below the title (trio is three). So, we were told the vanilla cake was for people with allergies and the trio was the other items. There was never any explanation of the Ned Land Sea Cake, so I can’t say anything about that.

Service: Imagine cattle being brought to the trough, the food dropped in front of them with no explanation, and then the service disappears. We had exceptionally long wait times between courses, and zero explanation of anything. We literally had to wave down our server twice to get drinks. Although it was unsaid, it was apparent it was a “tell me what you want and get out, because we have 2,000 more people to serve today” type of situation.

Current price, as of November 2021: About $62.00 per person. I also just realized they offer a 10% discount for passholders – which was never offered or asked about by our server - so that's almost $30 lost for me.

Did I complain? No. This was my wife’s birthday and I felt it would be in poor taste on her day.

I asked Isabella that works at '"be our guest" to take our picture, I set the camera on video, and I proposed to my love. Isabella did a wonderful job with no warning, did an amazing job recording it for us, and completely went above and beyond by notifying the rest of the staff that I had just proposed. They treated us like royalty. The food was absolutely amazing and we had a truly special experience. Isabella deserves praise and commendation- thank you! Nick and Shara

Unforgettable memories! It was just breathtaking.the food omg the meat was exquisite wala.delicious.it was amazing memories I'll never forget. My kids love the tray dessert were they painted their chocolate tea cup. It's a little expensive but well worth every penny. Adults $62, kids $ 37.

Loved everything about Be Our Guest, except the price! We chose the fillet mignon for our entree. It was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans. The fillet and the baked french onion soup were both outstanding! Three adults ordered it and all 3 loved it! Our waitress was fantastic. I would have loved if Belle was there instead of just the Beast and I wish the Beast stayed a bit longer. The desert trio needs work! The chip cup is delicious and so cute. The dark chocolate truffle should be milk chocolate instead of dark. The macaroon was just ok. The staff were so helpful, accommodating and friendly! The castle was beautiful and well designed, it was like you were in the Beauty and the Beast movie! Overall fantastic experience! Well done Disney!

I was disappointed that I had paid so much and we didn't get to dine in the beautiful ballroom. We were put in a side room, which while lovely, was topped with another disappointment; when the Beast would visit, he never came to our side of the room so my girls did not get to see him up close. I would not dine here again unless we were definitely in the ballroom.

The server never asked me for my food allergies so I ended up with food I couldn’t eat. I tried to ask for something else but the server just kept rushing back and forth from our table. It’s extremely loud inside and we were sat in the corner of the rose’s room but we were unable to see the rose at all. Definitely not a recommended place to eat for the price they’re asking.
