Very very clean, well stocked, and not just 1 set of towels, linens or dishes. Would definitely recommend this unit and the company that keeps it so well maintained.

We recently stayed at Loggerhead and absolutely loved everything! The location is excellent being just a few minutes to the beach and in the middle of everything on the island. We so enjoyed having the golf cart for quick rides anywhere we wanted to go. The backyard was just gorgeous. Every single day we felt like we were in a beautiful jungle. It was super private with all the trees around. We really loved sitting back there throughout the day just relaxing and taking in the beauty. The rental had everything you needed both inside and for outside. We didn't have to bring much of our own because it had towels, beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. Our son loved the ping pong table and used it daily. We cannot wait to go back to AMI and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island staying with Beach Boutique. From the moment we started email conversations inquiring about property availability to right before our departure from the island, BBR provided exceptional service and support. I particularly appreciated their quick correspondence and organized systems. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Pink Chicken property, especially appreciating the heated pool in the backyard, the washer and dryer in unit, and the close proximity to the beach.

One suggestion I have for BBR to take their properties to the next level is to offer more basic home 101 amenities, including hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent, spices, and toilet paper in their rental packages. These items are foundational to renting any property from out of town and truly maximizing the stay in the unit rented. Considering the high costs for renting our small duplex unit we expected these items to come included and ended up spending more money then expected on bare necessities to truly enjoy our stay. I encourage BBR to make this change or offer this as an add on package to increase the quality of the experience their guests can have.

Regardless, we would consider staying on Anna Maria Island and with another BBR property in the future. Looking forward to our next visit and thank you again for the kind service of Shanna!

We stayed in a beautiful and well-appointed rental right on Pine Avenue with parking, only one block to the beach! It was wonderful to be able to park the car and walk to all of the shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely be back and use the service of Beach Boutique Rentals again!

The unit was lovely but I received two emails with contradictory information in where i should park which resulted in almost $200 in parking tickets.

When i attempted to resolve with host pursuant to the house manual - it’s clearly stated “reach out to resolve issues prior to leaving anything less than a 5 star review” i was accused of attempting to extort her as I was deducting 1 star due to the confusing direction I received.

A very disappointing experience with miscommunication. I couldn’t recommend dealing with this owner.

We love these villas. Close to excellent beach. Just off Gulf Drive, but secluded in foliage with courtyard and fountain. Has several chairs, bikes and water toys to use. We stayed in 104 last year with our son and his wife. Decided then we would always stay here. This year just us. So choose 106. A one bed. Perfect place to stay. Well appointed. Pretty. Private.

We have rented from Beach Boutique Rentals and had an amazing experience. We have booked for Fall of '22 and can't wait.

We've just returned from Anna Maria Island where we stayed at The Pink Chicken. It was amazing! The property is conveniently located for just about everything and the most beautiful beach is a 5 minutes walk away. The home is well equipped and it was just what we needed after more than two years of lockdowns. Shanna at Beach Boutique was really helpful and looked after our booking. She provided all the information we needed and everything was in place on our arrival. We would love to visit again sometime.

We have rented a few different Beach Boutique houses for our vacations. We come to Anna Maria Island twice a year and will always book with Beach Boutique from now on. They have been super responsive to all of our needs and have given us some great local recommendations for things to do on the island.
Shanna is a delight to work with and the house was perfect. She even left us a bottle of wine!
