They don’t answer the phone, they aren’t in the shop during their scheduled business hours and they don’t keep their word. Second time using their services because my kid has to have embroidered uniforms- both times disappointed with customer service. I wish Global Montessori would select a better vendor that will meet the needs of their students/parents.
