Very disappointed.cancelled 2 months before.lost total insurance $1250
As well as full deposit $4500.had to cancel due to employment.
This was a huge financial loss.
Shame on the resort.
Unit #5.
Very very disappointed on how Beach Castle handled.
Like stealing money.

Let the serenity begin. From the moment we pulled in the lot, the landscaping already speaks peace. This vacation rental is eclectic and charming. Nothing fancy but well kept and what a find. Open the patio door and you are right there. I doubt we will ever be able to find another like it and hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you to the owners/family who have kept this charmer going and to many more memories it will provide.

Love this place, very comfortable, very neat and clean. The view is fabulous if on bay side or on beach side!

Long Boat key is absolutely beautiful but unit 8 is not! It is a short walk to the beach which was amazing. We did not use the balcony at all because the screens are so old and dirty that you cannot appreciate the beauty of the beach. We had more family members stay at different units at Beach Castle, for half the price, and their units were just so beautiful unlike unit 8.kitchen is falling apart, 2nd bathroom's sink faucet is so hard to use. The whole apartment is just so old and NOT beachy at all. There is a red chair in the living room that is taped with duck tape, art work in the whole apartment is ugly and depressing. All tvs in unit are old, not smart tvs. You can't even sit to watch TV without commercials. I will be coming back for sure NOT unit 8.

Have been coming here for over 40 years. Property is well maintained. Nice pool, and hot tub. Excellent private beach. Gulf to bay resort.

Ted was such a great Host! Friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great options for dinner. Went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be coming back!

What a wonderful time we had on this property! Amenities were plentiful and couldn't ask for a better location and beach. Spotlessly clean, this was one of the best experiences for a weekend getaway that we’ve had. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Spent 10 days in this magical location and enjoyed every bit of it. The condo was nestled in a mangrove with a water fountain just outside my bedroom window! The beautiful beach required only a short walk. Limited numbers of people populated the shore.

Beautiful and relaxing resort in a great location and Unit #23 was so updated and clean and the view of the Bay from the Living rm and Lanai when drinking my morning coffee couldn't get any better!

Beach Castle Resort was fabulous. Our condo was right on the Gulf with easy parking. Condo was very well equipped for our stay. Will definitely return.

I stayed in a one bedroom condo on the bayside of the resort. I had a king size bed, a lovely living room with a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. I loved the screened-in porch that had a view of Sarasota Bay. The unit I had had keyless entry.

My daughter stayed with her family in a two-bedroom unit on the gulf side. It was beautiful.

I found the staff on-site to be very helpful, concerned, and attentive. I had trouble getting my unit's shower and garbage disposal to work. It was promptly fixed within two hours of my leaving a message. The manager called to apologize for any inconvenience and to tell me that the problems were resolved.

My unit had a complimentary membership at the Cedars Tennis Resort. It is walking distance from Beach Castle. Though I did not have a chance to use the membership, I drove by the resort and it is a very nice place. We had tennis privileges and swimming privileges.

You can make reservations with RVA, but my son in-law found Beach Castle on Orbitz.

I would highly recommend the Beach Castle Resort for a couples or family vacation.

Had a wonderful vacation and hope to stay at this condo again. So close to the beach (unit 9), well stocked kitchen, great furniture and crazy easy walk to beach. Plus umbrellas and chairs were provided. Sitting on screened-in porch was heaven. Loved it!

Most wonderful, carefree, wish we could have stayed longer, two days of our Florida beach vacation. Hospitable and helpful manager. Charming olden day feeling with private beach.

Clean, well maintained and managed units. On the beach with a pool and on the bay side with a dock.

Ted and all the RVA staff are wonderful and exemplify the true meaning of guest relations! They truly go above and beyond for all their guests and will always greet you with a warm welcome to the area! Beautiful location with unbeatable beaches!

I almost never write reviews but this place deserves one. The rooms are disgusting, the carpet in the rooms is super dirty and has animal hair. The kitchen is also dirty plus all the appliances as well And let’s no even talk about the bathroom. I booked for 2 nights and I had to leave After the first night Because I couldn’t stand to stay in that place any longer. Even though it says beachfront you may have to cross the street with traffic to make it to the beach. I couldn’t even get my money back but I didnt care and I left. Spend your money somewhere else. The Managment there didn't care neither. I didnt get a sorry or anything.

It was very quiet the beaches are not crowded and they people there are very nice but the floors look clean but they are actually disgusting I don’t know how long it’s been since they have been cleaned I was in there for five minutes and the bottoms of my feet were black but other wise very neat and clean

My family & I stayed at Beach Castle Resorts out in long boat key for a couple weeks and it was simply Amazing, we enjoyed every minute at the resort. Our condo was right on the Beach with great access and sugar white sand, while there It made us want to stay ther forever because it was so nice, very clean room, resort, nice pool, fair prices and the sunsets were incredible. We dream about going back to this day and if we ever get another chance we have no reason but to book with Beach Castle Resorts, simply fantastic choice!
