The owner hissed at my friend and I after we told him we’d be back to the store to purchase some shirts. That’s a first!

Went into this store with a friend of mine from Ohio. I purchased a shirt. My friend purchased a few shirts from the same store yesterday from a female employee yesterday. She was very nice. The man today, however, was an idiot. He was mean, rude and very unprofessional and insisted we pay for the glass, which we did. Very poor business practice. I will not go back and after reading other reviews I suggest that nobody shop there. You can get the same items at most of any other store. He does not deserve the business.

Great beach clothing shop! The owner put together some great outfits for me. Lots of compliments on them. The clothing quality is excellent with reasonable prices. I’ll be back for more dresses and rompers when I visit Dunedin again.

If only I could give zero stars. Man working in the shop is very rude and has anger issues. While browsing through the folded t-shirts he comes over and slams down the shirt he's folding and yells at us for browsing the shirts.

Wonderful shopping experience! And the clothing are such great quality and theres always something new everytime i come in!

I wish I could give this place a negative star. If you have kids, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE. The guy with an accent working at the register thinks its ok to make jokes about calling C. P. S.on you because you tell your kids no to buying them something. He said it was child discrimination to not buy them something. In no way shape or form is it OK to joke about calling CPS on anyone. We put what we had down and walked out. We will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.

My mom was told by the guy at the counter he'd call cps because mom chose not to buy anything. So I wish i could give negative stars. If you have children don't bring them here. It's the guy at the register with the accent. I highly do not like the fact that he thought it was a funny joke to say something like this. We'll never be back at that shop. -10/10

Very lovely shop with lovely clothing & staff!

Every time I visit FL from Canada, I always make sure to stop here; I bought the prettiest dress last year and even had to get another crewneck (which has turned into my kayaking/boating staple) for my friend back home after she loved mine so much! It's normally not worth it for me to spend a lot of $ on summer wear since it will just collect dust in my closet for majority of the year, but this is a really great spot for high quality & light clothing—especially if you're traveling and are looking to bring back a souvenir/gift that isn't tacky or overbearing.

Everyone here was so personable and helpful as well; I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy anything and absolutely adored all my purchases (the sweatpants are so comfy—I really love the colours/soft texture). I'll def be back in the future!

The treatment I received from one of the two persons running this establishment was just awful. Me and my sister entered and were nonchalantly greeted by the person that appeared to be of the male variety. I was carrying a fountain drink in a typical fountain drink container. The person made no mention of the drink not being allowed or forbidden. After looking around this super cute shop a few minutes, the person that “greeted” us at the door approached me and very aggressively and loudly instructed me to place the container onto the counter. He assured me that he would not "do anything to it"… (creeper alert.). When I looked at this person in bewilderment, they started ranting loudly (Yes.others were looking and watching) that there was a sign on the door and that I should not have brought my drink inside. I complied setting the container onto the counter momentarily. Then decided that this person had just acted like a royal douche bag and that they were the last person on the planet that I would ever buy anything from.
I informed them (singular) of my decision and that I did not come into the store to fight or argue. I informed this persons business partner/helper (the really friendly tall blonde female) that her partner is an “asshole that treats customers like trash. ”
In short: Im a MTF person in transition and felt 100% targeted and discriminated against. Transgender folks beware! You might not feel welcome at Beach Couture in Dunedin Florida. You might get humiliated and yelled at by the male presenting person working there. But rest assured: He won’t “do anything” to your drink…

Love this shop for all my Dunedin T-shirts for myself, family and friends. Huge selection and owner very friendly.

I have alot of fun going to this lovely shop, with fashion styles for the whole family! I enjoy buying dresses and hats there. Yuron is a lot of fun and really enjoys helping people find what looks best on them. Lauren is so sweet and helpful as well! I'll visit next week to see the latest fashions displayed.

Absolutely amazing place. All of the merchandise is top quality been coming here to shop for years. The owner and staff are so amazing and really know their products.

@Frank Mossett and MX3! I was there and everything the owner said is true! Y’all were being disrespectful to the owner who is ALWAYS nice and accommodating! I’d be ashamed if my kids acted the way your /20 something/ were acting! Childish and idiots!

This guy was swearing at my wife. The owner is a real piece of work…. Stay away! Look at the number of one star reviews this guy has for being rude, yelling at, and disrespecting women and children. The town should force him to leave! Sort by low ratings and you will see comments like mine over and over

Owner was extremely disrespectful while we were browsing items in the shop. We were looking at glass frogs when he came over and started yelling at us.

We then tried to explain to him that we were just looking which then he proceeded to call us liars.

After we left he came outside the store and started yelling at us and swearing at us.

Wouldn’t recommend.
