My family is extremely happy with the care and attention Beach House has provided for our loved one, Tate Ford. After an extended search we knew Beach House was the place for Tate. From the moment we entered the beautiful and inviting lobby area we were greeted very warmly. I chose Beach House for my mother after observing a staff member lovingly care for a Resident during our tour. I had forgotten my handbag and returned to retrieve it, and the aide had no idea that I was there. She was gently encouraging a Resident to eat. Her kindness was touching, and helped in our decision to come here. The communication between families and the administration is outstanding from the sweet girl at the front desk, to access to the Executive Director Maria. My 96 year old mother resided in an assisted living facility in Western New York for nine years. My husband and I kept putting off our decision to retire in Naples FL because we didn’t want to disrupt her routine, but on the other hand, we weren’t getting any younger. We decided that It was time, so I began the process of finding an assisted living facility in Naples. I wasn’t looking for a “resort style” assisted living with a pool and tiki bar, I wanted a comfortable place with good care, good meals in a clean, attractive setting.

I had a list of ten places and I made six appointments over a two-day period. Beach House was the third place I would see on day one. I rated the first two places I saw as “ fair, ” which wasn’t good enough.

When I saw Beach House and took a tour, I knew this was “the place. ” Debbie showed us around and the residence was new and immaculate. I loved it. We meet with Sharon, the Nursing Director, and being very familiar with assisted living, I was impressed with the level of care she outlined.

I cancelled the rest of my tours because I knew this was the right place for my mother.

She is adjusting well and receives a lot of support and attention from the entire staff. The meals are exceptional, the level of care is outstanding and her room is fresh, filled with natural light and immaculate. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place.

During the Covid lockdown the Nurses and CNA’s were a lifeline keeping our love one safe and healthy and the family informed. We were able to contact the staff, and if we left messages for any staff member, we always received an answer. Our deepest gratitude!

The Beach House is a very professionally run assisted living. I am a Nurse and would highly recommend the Beach House. My precious family member is so happy there. It is a beautiful home environment with the most caring staff. Cleanliness is amazing, as well as nursing care, food, and activities. I can sum up my experience in one word: Wonderful!

Beach House does a spectacular job, caring for my loved one. The entire team provides thoughtful and a very caring focus on being sure the resident is treated with kindness. They wash and dress her carefully, plus help with food service, enrichment, and ensure she is comfortable. During my visits, it is apparent that she is well treated and protected. Meds are administered accurately which helps ensure she is safe.
Beach House does a great job. I recommend the facility to anyone needing memory care or assisted living for their loved one.

It is crucial that our aging loved ones receive the daily assistance they need in order for them to continue to lead fulfilling lives. This assistance includes housekeeping, meals, activities, emotional support in addition to 24/7 on-call staff, medical care oversight and medication management to name a few.

The Beach House provides this assistance and more to our loved one in a modern and well equipped facility / home away from home setting. The friendly and caring staff reaches out to us as needed to keep us informed of developments that may require our attention so that there are no surprises.

In addition, Management is always responsive to our inquires and concerns and schedules quarterly meetings with us. These meetings help to keep us up to date of our loved one's physical and emotional well being as well as important level of care requirements and recommendations.

All of the above gives us peace of mind knowing that our loved one is being well cared for.

In July my mom was in need of an assisted living and I had no idea where to start looking. The Beach House was recommended to me so I called to get information. My situation was my mom needed to be moved ASAP and the rehab she was leaving was not being helpful. When I called it was late but Murinda agreed to stay and help me. I came to the facility and met with Sharon the head nurse and Murinda. They were both compassionate and helpful.
We moved my mom in August 1,2021. It has been the BEST experience. She is thriving and loving her life there.
Maria has made herself available day and night with any questions or concerns as my mom was getting settled.
If you are looking for a place for your loved one, you found it. My mom loves it at the Beach House. I am happy that she can age in place and I can feel secure that she is well taken care of!

When we started to research assisted living facilities for my Father we visited several in the area. We knew immediately when we walked into the Beach House it was the perfect place for my Father. The warm friendly, family feeling hit us right away. We are extremely happy with the care my Father is getting and the staff always goes above and beyond with everything and anything that we may have questions/concerns or just need help with. I highly recommend this facility and would give it 10 stars if I could.

My dad is a 94-year old WWII Veteran. In March 2021 I moved him out of a facility in Naples because I did not think he was getting the best care possible. I moved him into the Beach House Assisted Living facility in Naples on 3/19/21, and it was the best decision I ever made. He is thriving there and very happy. For the first time in a long time, I feel that my father is "safe" and I don't have sleepless nights worrying about him anymore like I used to. The staff there are top notch, A+. They are kind and compassionate. My father has so much fun with them. He loves the food and the activities. His room is beautiful and is kept spotless. I know first hand how difficult it is to move a parent into a facility, but I can assure you, the Beach House is by far the best choice in the Naples area, hands down! Thank you for all you do!

The Beach House took such good care of our Dad! He really enjoyed being there. Everyone on the staff was pleasant, helpful, thoughtful and so kind and were like family to him. We are so thankful for the guidance we received throughout and comforted by knowing that we were all working together. Kudos for doing such a good job!

The Beach House memory care unit is without doubt a first class facility that cares for the well being of the people that need full time protection. The facility is beautiful inside, well kept, and staffed with people that truly care about our loved ones. Today is my last day as memory care nurse manager, as I am relocating to NC. But leaving here was tough. The staff at the Beach House is the best I have ever worked with. The management is top notch and the nurses and caregivers are such loving, caring people. I would place my loved ones here, if the need ever arose, in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Beach House! I dont think I will ever find another job with such amazing employees. I mean all this from the bottom of my heart.

Our Dad was only a Beach House resident for far too short of a time. The support and care he received while there was wonderful. The administrative staff are so accessible and were always available to answer questions. It was wonderful to have the same nursing staff taking care of him. All of the staff got to know Dad and understand him. Like so many other families we all live out of town. Knowing that Dad was being cared for with wonderful staff gave us a piece of mind. Kudos to Maria Ciocca for her leadership and caring.

My mother has been in the excellent care of the Beach House memory care section for over 2 years. The staff are very friendly and have treated her like family, in addition to providing top quality care. My mom is at home there. The Beach House administration and staff have done an incredible job in keeping residents safe during this Covid situation. The Beach House administration, especially the administrator Maria, provide excellent communication to the residents' families by sending weekly updates, as well as photos and messages on my mom's health.
