My husband and I were given a gift voucher for a Couples Massage. Two massage tables were set up in the beautiful studio overlooking the gorgeous grounds near Nokomis Beach. The two therapists Lana and Megan were fantastic. Perfect gift!

I enjoyed an amazing Reiki massage by Lana. My mind and body felt so relaxed and balanced when I left. I am looking forward to future services at Beach Life Wellness!

Lana's Reiki is absolutely PHENOMENAL. With the sound bowls and the controlled breathing exercises, with coresponding tonal mantras I not only feel but SEE stagnant, blocking, unnecessary energies drifting or even Pulled away. She can locate problematic stress points immediately without me telling her. Amazing! A True Master! I highly recommend.

Went in for the first time today. Megan did my 90 minute massage. She was excellent! I was in so much pain the last week with a punched nerve. A few hours after leaving and can really feel the difference. My back has loosened up and the pain is greatly reduced. Thank you Megan!

Absolutely stunning inside with a beachy and holistic vibe. My massage was thorough with some well needed work on my lower neck, shoulders and lower back. Pressure was adjusted as needed and I came out feeling so adjusted and calm. HIGHLY recommend. I cannot wait to return for another massage on a regular basis.

I have had 2 stimulating deep tissue massages,
Inversion board therapy, several decompression board sessions, ultrasound therapy, stretching technique therapy and my back has greatly improved! Staff is super nice and very knowledgeable! Lucho the owner is very caring and sincerely wants to help you! A great place to go! You will leave with no regrets and looking forward to going back!

We had a great experience here. There was no waiting past our appointment time, the staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and the environment was calm and relaxing. Erin, who did my deep tissue massage, showed wonderful professionalism and was so thorough! I spent 6 weeks in Nokomis and went to this spa 5 times and had stellar service 3 of the times. My last two visits I had an issue with one of the LMTs. The co owner found out and rectified. It was nice seeing that they actually care as I don’t see that a lot anymore at most businesses. Will be back in the future.
