Beach rentals reviews
4 Stay away from any property their renting. Here are a few reasons: horrible living conditions, roaches everywhere, very old appliances, old cabinets, old leaky windows, mold that makes you sick and the ac is horrible. You never get a chance to talk with landlords, the building management is the most rude and most unprofessional I've ever seen. Rosey she's the rudest person I've ever encountered, to the point that she's disrespectful. Maintenance work are non existent, they never fix anything, even if you call 10 times.
This is an honest and friendly advice - stay away from any property Beach rental is renting.
This is the worst management. Very Unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at anytime

Office hours, office management, maintenance/upkeep, amenities ALL SUB PAR.
Poor management forced my decision to completely leave south beach all together!
Maitnence: takes forever, not solid sustainable fixes (ie permanently screwing windows shut because hardware and installation is out of date). Flooring needs upkeep, bathroom installation poor/inadequate.tile, grout, lighting, plumbing all below ANY respectful professional standards
Finishes: looks ARE deceiving. Cabinets are low quality and peeling. Shelves are broken or not mounted correctly. Tile work is unfinished. Flooring is lifted, or bubbled. Paint and window treatments are cheap and half of the time not working. (Windows and blinds). Lots of water damage that has shotty fix to mature eyes
Amenities: laundry on-site is insufficient for amount of tenants IF the machines work at all.
Tenants: rarely clean up after themselves or their pets. Multiple posted infractions from city about proper trash handling.
Management: immature business ethics, unresponsive, irresponsible, unprofessional, and non-communicative. Quick to come with hands out, but never willing to help. (After moving out, took more than a month to recieve security deposit back. Had to PHYSICALLY go to argue and collect money that was due). Absentee ownership.
Better off living in a tent in the yard or back alley of the building.
