This place is quirky, cool but had ALL amenities that anyone could want. The cottages are quaint, clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. Indoor heating and cooling units were perfect. They have bikes, paddleboards, chairs for the beach, umbrellas, wagons and coolers for your use all free of charge with your stay. Community W/D available. Great seating areas, mostly covered with tiki roofing or plant canopy, fireplace, rockers, picnic
tables and coded entry to rooms and grounds. Everyone was friendly and helped when they could. WILL return when I come back to this area!

We searched for a great spot in Siesta for our honeymoon and are so glad we found Beach Point! We loved our stay and they we most accommodating. We were already talking about booking out stay for next year before we left, and have since booked to return. We will be back every year.

It was our third time here and I can’t stop loving the place. An easy 3-min walk to a beautiful beach, laid back atmosphere in very private cottages, interestingly decorated common areas, never felt crowded, staff nearly invisible but friendly and helpful when needed, lots of restaurant options in walking distance.
We will be back! One of my favorite vacation places.

Wow this hidden gem hits on every criteria point a couple could ask for!

Everything from the friendly service to the ambiance of the eclectic gardens lighting at night all at an affordable price only a hop and a skip across the street from the least congested northern point of Siesta Key Beach!

We will definitely be returning,

What a dump, owner is a nutcase…. And when there’s a bad review they say there’s no record of the stay. Do not go here.

Cottage6 was our home away from home. Location couldn't have been any better. Right across the street to beach access. Amazing sunset views. Only a few blocks to Siesta Key village. We enjoyed the use of bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas all included in price. Outside was uniquely decorated with topical foliage and interesting pieces of art. Kitchen and bedroom could use alittle updating. Thanks for a interesting experience.

You feel like you are in another world when you stay here. The ambiance and atmosphere are incredible. Impeccably decorated. A total tropical treat. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Not staying, just a visitor. The grounds are so so cool. Obviously a lot of time and love goes into the upkeep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Point Cottages. The rooms were spacious and very clean and updated. Beach access is literally across the street. We loved that we didn't have to bring our own beach supplies with us. The beach chairs, wagons and cooler were there for you to use. Our only issues were that we ran out of ice (an ice machine on the premises would be nice), but there is a Shell right around the corner and market in town. Also, we have some type of nats that were harassing us, but it was a rainy week. Other than that we will be back and really really enjoyed our stay. See ya guys again real soon!:)

This is a very nice cottage. The location and amenities were perfect. However, on several of the nights there was work being done on the premises at midnight and into the middle of the night. On our last night, there was loud music and talking right outside of our window along with loud sawing from the work being done. It did not make for a restful night. Also, I feel the owner was dishonest when we called ahead and asked about the red tide conditions prior to our stay. We were told red tide was not an issue, only to find out it had been present for quite some time prior
to our stay.

Aug 2021- I'm giving two ratings. FIRST-The outside garden area is magical, tropical & at night the lights come alive & it's beautiful! I LOVED the rich tones of the wind chimes. There's many colorful common areas to sit w/ppl to chat & have drinks w/during the day/night. Excellent location-beach is across the street & 5 min walk to Siesta Village- I give those things FIVE (5) STARS.
SECOND-it is an older property. Inside was spacious & clean, & updated in most areas. The kitchen had very nice dishes, wine glasses, utensils etc but could use a little updating. We cooked inside two nights due to rain & mosquitoes. I would rate the inside 3.5 STARS.
Dave, the handyman was SO nice & Joye, our phone contact, was as well. We loved the bikes provided & enjoyed riding on the beach. I highly recommend the bikes. The disappointment for us was-mosquitoes were so bad during the day/evening. We had a tiki hut to have coffee/wine at but were unable to enjoy the beautiful garden due to mosquitoes. The fan at the tiki hut helped some but we were still not able to sit outside. The outside garden area is especially beautiful at night & we were looking forward to relaxing in the common areas w/others. No one sat outside in the day OR evening due to the mosquitoes. We will be back but not during Aug. The garden area was absolutely beautiful, quirky, & fun & made me smile.

Lovely outdoor area surrounds the cottages. Unit 1 has a private patio complete with outdoor shower, grill and seating as well as access to multiple common areas. Beautiful at night and during the day! Steps from the gulf and the local bars/restaurants. Beautifully decorated inside as well. Highly impressed. Will definitely return!

Very nice little place, kind of typical beach house/cottages. The atmosphere and ambiance is great. It's a short walk to the beach or the village where you can shop, and eat at some great restaurants. The service has been great everywhere we have gone. We really love this little beach town. And the beach itself is as nice as they say. It's our first time here and I'm sure we will be back.

Cool little quirky beach cottages in a tropical garden. Free cart and beach gear for guests. Walk to the village in less than 2 minutes. Very laid back place.
