Beachside Apartment Hotel, Miami Beach FL

Sehr schlechtes Hotel und völlig überteuert. An der Rezeption muss man erst einmal 850 Dollar als Kaution hinterlegen und danach 5 Blocks weiter in seine Unterkunft. Kein Personal vor Ort wo man geholfen bekommt. Das Appartement war eine Zumutung. 11 Tage keine Reinigung erfolgt. Boden und alles andere schmutzig bei Ankunft, Möbel fallen teilweise auseinander. Warmes Wasser gibt es wenn man Glück hat. Sehr laut direkt an der Hauptstraße. Immer hell im Zimmer da die Vorhänge Licht komplett durchlassen. Vorhänge schon Schimmel angesetzt. Badezimmer total unsauber. Alles in Allem ein Hotel das ich nie wieder besuchen werde.

My friends and I stayed for a few days and it was a very pleasant, clean and spacious. We look forward to returning again. Also a special thanks to Caridad for her hospitality.

So, so dirty. Felt like the only thing they did before our arrival was making the bed. Black hair, sand and dust everywhere. When we complained and asked to send someone to clean they didn’t care and didn’t do anything. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies, clean and sanitise the apartment. We stayed there for 9 days and no one ever came to clean/change towels/refill shampoos or take the trash out. It felt like staying in a very bad Airbnb, not a hotel. They don’t take care of the room - multiple little things are broken, like hooks in the bathroom. The bedroom is too small for two beds so the bedroom door doesn’t close.lots of small things that sum up to make a bad overall experience. It’s also pretty noisy since it’s close to the roads.
