My a/c went out and Noah has been the best. He actually cares about his job and does everything he can to fix the problems!

Noah came and promptly fixed our AC and showed me how to manage in the future if it ever happens on off hours. I then brought up a bevy of misc things around the apt that I hadn’t done anything about and he fixed them ALL! It was so great and quick and I appreciated his attention to addressing what we needed so quickly. Thanks, Noah!

I lived at Beacon 430 for 3 years and had a great experience. Great location. Debbie and the entire admin team at Beacon are very professional, friendly, communicative and helpful.

This place is not a luxury building. Someone cut the cord to my bike and stole it out of the garage. The garage is supposed to be secured, but the gate is constantly propped open for anyone to enter.

Someone broke into the apartments and attacked a girl and they lied. Someone tried breaking into my apartment twice. There is no security, management has no remorse and says they have no obligation nor interest in providing security.

Mark is the worst property manager I’ve ever met - he is disrespectful and dismissive. Since this building was acquired by Ascent everything seems like it’s gone downhill.

I couldn't be more pleased with my beautiful, spacious apartment at the Beacon 430. There is typically a lot of maintenance to be done when you live in a large building. As a result, we all tend to complain a little ;-) But one must give credit where credit is due. I want to begin by acknowledging Mark, Deb, Jessica, and Jonah from the leasing office. Not to mention Mike from maintenance, who is consistently doing his best. They really go out of their way to ensure that this place runs smoothly and that the residence are genuinely happy. I always feel welcome when I come into the office. Even the dogs like it there due to all the affection and treats. Furthermore, they organize many enjoyable events that bring the residents together. At times, living here truly feels like a resort. Thank you for making it a great place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. The management is HORRENDOUS. They are rude, unhelpful, and liars. They do NOT care about their residents or their safety AT ALL. A girl was HELD HOSTAGE in HER apartment and management lied to the residents and police about it. The building is NOT safe. There is no security here. If there was security, then when doors are propped open at midnight someone would actually CLOSE the door. This is not the case as someone has tried to break into the SAME apartment TWO TIMES. When management was alerted of the 2nd attempted break in they lied and said it never happened. HELLO! CHECK THE SECURITY CAMERAS? !? !

The fire alarm also goes off at 3am every 2 weeks for no reason (no explanation or apologies are given to residents). So if you like to be up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm OR someone trying to break into your apartment, then I suppose you could live here. Most people do NOT enjoy that so I would recommend you DO NOT LIVE HERE!
