These guys dropped stuff so hard on my roof that it cracked my plaster ceiling inside the house and knocked stuff off of my shelves. Completely unnecessary and no way to treat other people's property.

I called around 3 pm to see if they had a pair of boots I needed. They confirmed they did and he gave me the address. I arrived at 3: 31 and the guy is walking out telling me their closed. I informed him that I was just on the phone to checking for an item and it wasn't mentioned that they were closing in less than an hour. All the dude had to say was, "I don't know what to tell you. "
How about informing the person on the phone your closing in less than an hour? How about taking an extra 5 seconds to let someone make a purchase when you fail to tell them you're closing?
Useless.
One of the worse locations to pick up roofing materials. Wait times are crazy bad customer services!
