Do you feel it's fair when the supervisor of Beacon building shingles actually gives their own rating course he's going to give five stars I give them one star because they came and dropped the shingles on top of my manufactured home and they broke all my trusses destroyed my ceiling inside held up by two by fours it leaks rain and when you try to get ahold of Rob Nolan the supervisor all you do is give you a static in the same thing next week next week next week that you don't even get the engineer to get on the ball I've been trying to get them now for 4 to 6 weeks they won't even get the estimate they will not deal with me they will not talk to me. I tell you right now I would never never do business with them or Bob and Jerry's Roofing both those companies should have their license pulled from them I am so mad at them they won't even get this work done it's nice when they go home to a nice house but my house at the ceiling I'm giving my actual Hands-On opinion I will never use these people ceiling sags held up by two by fours leaks rain and the list goes on and on. 5.5 months and still no one wants to fix my roof, and my trusses and my ceiling. Keep passing me off to someone else.

This is the 1st time I've been to this location. This Beacon was very helpful and very nice group of people it was a pleasure doing business here. I deal with a lot of other locations that are horrendous to deal with. These people are so nice here I just had them put a review out.
