Very nice Beals outlet store. Friendly register associate, great product selection and lots to choose from! Will be back when we visit Pasadena again!

We shop here and like the discounts. Seasonal goods are plentiful and go on sale, too. They carry a big dept.of plus size womens clothing. Also juniors, and mens and young mens. Good selection of homegoods including outdoor furnishings. Lots of pet supplies at deep discounts including dog clothing.

I love Bealls Outlet for home goods and decor! Not so much for plus size clothing, but worth the trip every time.

This place constantly has a "help wanted" sign in the window. When you apply, you put up with their mild brand of snark, and you still get no job.

Love the store but the checkout wait is absolutely insane, it usually takes about 5-10mis in line to finally reach checkout. It only makes it worse when there is staff organizing the inventory instead of taking a break for a few to help with the customers

Love a visit here when on vacation. Got some nice quality shorts for the beach and a good cap. Plenty of free parking, a variety of clothing and household products.

I had two returns that day, one had a receipt and the other one didn't. I knew the one that didn't have the receipt I would get store credit for which was fine, but the other one was paid in cash and had a receipt and was bought only 2 weeks prior to returning it. The girl that checked me out told me I was to get store credit for both of them. I told her that I should get cash back for the one I had my receipt for. She was very rude and wouldn't listen to me, and ended up messing up the transactions and then couldn't get them right. This went on for probably 15 minutes or so. I then asked for a manager to come over and listen to me. Her name was Linda I believe she was a supervisor.so I tried explaining it all to her which took me another 15 minutes and she also wouldn't listen to me and told me the reason it wasn't going through was because I bought it in December. I told her it was only January and it wasn't even 15 days since I bought it. She said the refunds were 15 days and I had to show her on the receipt it said 30 days. She was so rude to me, and both of them were blaming me and it wasn't my fault. I told them I was very upset the way they were blaming me and not taking responsibility. You can clearly see how long this transaction took by the timestamps on all the receipts they were making mistakes on.when they finally gave me my store credit for the one and she gave me the cash back, I had been there for probably a half an hour. And I probably wouldn't have.said anything, if they would have been customer friendly. They probably could use some additional training in customer service, and that includes your supervisors. I have never had such a bad experience with a simple return.

Long line week before Christmas but other than that it was fast and easy I just needed a new pair of sneakers and a belt I'm going on a trip.

These people are so slow. Definitely don’t go if your in a rush or want to get out in under an hour. Everybody that works there is in there own world and takes forever to get one thing down. Just hanging on the desks people watching.

There's always offer a good selection of product and responsible prices. I loved their Halloween and Christmas decor!

It was okay. People were following me around the store. The cashier was very friendly. I wanted to shop longer but I was a little uncomfortable.

Hope I lived in this side. I found a veri nice variety of outdoor clothing. Great Spot for last minute shopping if you are around.

Always stop here (the last 4 years) when I come to town and find good stuff but this time it was very slim pickens and it smelled pretty badly like Vicks salve. It was rough.
