Worst costumer service ever! Prices are okay but you almost have to beg the saleswoman to bring you what you actually need. No English or whatsoever, it’s either spanish or they won’t even try. On top of that you get pressured to tip. Hell nah not what I expected from a highly reviewed company

Very unpleasant experience today at Dadeland Mall. Please tell me why this lady added herself a tip without my consent? First of all, she didn’t even listen to me when I was explaining i wanted to pay cash, it was like talking to a wall. Anyways i let that slide and she hands me the point of sale, I see the tip screen and i very specifically tell her to press skip. Surprise I’m just checking my bank account and i see the receipt and the charge amount don’t match. I’m now too far away to go back. It’s not my first time shopping with them, first time I was very nicely treated. But this employee needs to be fired for this. Horrible service and I feel scammed

One of the girls kept trying to talk to me in Spanish when I made very clear that I wasn’t understanding a single word. I specifically asked her for a perfume and she kept insisting on anything but the one I wanted. Not attentive to the client and all over the place. Ended up leaving very frustrated. Please keep an eye on the communication.

Bought a cologne, and then refunded it 30 minutes later. I later found out my refund was canceled by the same person who sold it to me. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Nelly was absolutely amazing! Finally got a perfume that lasts! Highly recommend!
