I made free consultation schedule over phone, receptionist except not to collect insurance information because as they advertise, as soon as I got in office first thing lady ask insurance information I said after speaking with doctor and if i like his plan what and how. I will provide information she said doctor have changed for time.she said it’s free for you not for insurance. Its falls advertise. They do to attract the people, but they do not fulfill that promises. People should never call or go to those kind of places I had made sure three times before I went and all three times. They said yeah it is free consultation. It’s misleading advertise.

Ana Maria, the receptionist is a THIEF AND SCAMMER! It makes people believe that their fixes are not covered by insurance, and then bills patients and insurance for the full amount. I went for 2 refills and she told me that my insurance did not cover it and she charged me $250.00. When I got home I called my insurance and asked what kind of insurance they were that didn't cover 2 simple refills? And they told me that if I covered it and that this woman was lying and cheating. In the end, after so many calls and evidence that I presented, that office should be closed due to THIEVES! They ended up giving me back $130.00. If I hadn't called my insurance and confronted them, they would have stolen my money. Be careful with that COLOMBIAN THIEF AND SCAMMER NAME ANA MARIA! IT IS BELIEVED THAT THE VERY BOLD ONE IS IN HER COUNTRY
