I have been coming here for 6 months and service has been decent but today I stopped in for threading/tinted eyebrows and a new employee, Archana serviced me. She is AMAZING. She immediately noticed gaps in eyebrows/inconsistencies and fixed them up perfectly. This was the first time threading didn’t hurt either. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results after each step. Will definitely be coming back and ONLY to Archana?

It has been about a year since Sambrena did my eyebrows and I still have a hole that hasnt been growing back. I dont recommend this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have gone back despite my own best wishes to give other staff members the benefit of the doubt. It is needless to say I will never EVER be returning or recommending for eyebrow threading. Within the past 2 years they always thin my eyebrows despite my asking to not do so. I naturally have bushy eyebrows and don’t have bald spots but somehow… by some coincidence after they thread I am left with at least one bald spot and on occasion more than one. The final straw was today. I came in to do my eyebrows after my last horrible experience and it was a new lady I have not seen before. If there is camera footage in the salon I ask the manager to play it back. I specifically asked “keep the shape and to not thin. ” When the lady finished my brows were left boxy so I asked her if she could remove from the bottom line and follow my arch to give a more defined shape. She proceeded to my right brow and went a bit too thin but she did give it a nice shape. When she moved to my left I knew something was off. She said she had to remove more but I protested and asked to see it first. When I held the mirror I audibly gasped. Not only was it thinner than the right brow but there was no shape. I was utterly devastated and frustrated. And to top it all off I know it was a service but I felt a complete disservice to my requests as a customer and was obligated to pay for the threading. Please PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else if you want to thread your eyebrows unless you’re seeking thin brows with no true shape. Absolutely horrible.

I had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows threaded by Indu, and I must say it was an amazing experience. As someone who is quite sensitive to pain, I was pleasantly surprised by how painless the entire process was.

Indu is an experience! She is nice, funny and knows what she is doing. This was my first time threading and she made it something worth doing again. She makes it truly great!

Their decor is also a plus as it offers a modern dark toned chic and really sets the place up. I was very happy with the results and the cost.

Came to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and absolutely loved the experience! It was as painless as possible and Indu tinted them to frame my face perfectly! Will be coming back!
