I did my original quote online and Fred called to confirm some things. He noticed a missing coverage that I wanted but did not see online. He quickly added it and in just a few minutes had my auto coverage ready to go. Excellent and quick service. Highly recommend this company.

The manager was kindhearted because I was having problems with paying the price for 2 pack of hair and going from one store to another just for a sale on hair. The kindhearted Manager gave me the discounted price of the other store, where I was going back to. Thank you again.

Good spot with a great variety of hair products and accessories, I love the hair brushes for men and the beard products they carry. The owners are easy going which creates a comfortable environment to shop in, the store is clean as well and is in a convenient location just a couple blocks off of I95.

This store never has what you want the customer service is trash never going here again. If you you have a number they still will skip you for their friends, I was there from 6: 15 left at 8: 15 because they ship me and the 2 ppl in front of me for a chick that came after everyone.

Beauty exchange have the best prices and costumer service ever they helped me decide which product to buy for my hair and I was extremely happy with them. So when my family comes over from the Bahamas I always bring them there to buy their hair products and then ship them to the bahamas. Best hair supply store in the world they have everything from a to z if you need it they've it or they can get it for you the very next day I will be going there for all my hair needs

I've been going there for years I love the girls I love getting my hair but this particular day a customer actually stole my hair in my wallet and the girls was nice enough to do my hair because I was going to my son's baby shower I was able to get the video but the police officers are no help at all even though I have all the information I'm still in the process of pressing charges I know the name of the young lady I have her information but still working on it

The young lady was very nice. She was patient and helped my mom out with at least 4 wig fittings before she picked one. Even the cashier was pleasant. Suggested a sale item. I got 2. Awesome!

I got my hair done here because there was nobody on the Beauty Exchange at 119th to do it so I came here wait it for about an hour and a half and the girl did my hair when I left my sister was like what is wrong with your head now was like 9 at night I was like I'm tired I'm going home I tie my hair up and that was it the next day when I got up and I saw my hair I had to go to Beauty Exchange on 7th Avenue and 183rd to get them to take the lace front wig off and fix it she had my hairline down to my eyebrows almost my hair was all jacked up it was ridiculous I won't be going back here I will stick to the Beauty Exchange on 7th Avenue and 183rd Street with Tracy or Sonya to do my hair that's it

This trip, service was a little better. The store is clean not cluttered so i added a star for that!

Although the pricing is always responsible the owner/ employees seems to believe everyone steals. My daughter and I couldn't even breathe without him breaching on our necks; he was all in our personal conversation creating a very uncomfortable experience. Who wants to shop and feel like they are being watched and listened to. Yo stop stereotyping and give customers a reason to want to purchase more.

Parking isn't the best and it is sooo hot inside of the store. I went once and that's enough for me. They left a censor on a wig that I bought and I had to drive all the way back there again the next day! I demanded some kind of discount on something or at least a credit because of the long drive that I'd have to do. They agreed to give me a store credit over the phone but tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about when I got there & implying that I was lying. So, after a little back & forth and a phone conversation with the store owner. I got a store credit. I won't go back!
