I think it depends on the energy you give him.the staff is extremely knowledgeable, some more friendly than others but they are all knowledgeable about the products and services. I've no complaints

I went to the store on black friday to purchase hair and a blow dryer that was on salel. The employees were very rude, disrespectful, rushing you to get out the store. They only allowed for me to purchase hair and refused to let me buy a blow dryer. When i commented on it he stated, "You can go to another beauty supply store. " Poor customer service.

I love this place. They have cheap makeup products that are wonderful. They got good prices and the staff is great at helping you find the things that suit you. Whether it's grease, wigs, and nail polish they got you.

I went to the hair store today and the owner is nasty he don't respect anybody. I went and got my lacewig done for it to only come right off! Don't go to this hair store! Save your money and go else where.

I love them. I would past 100beauty silly supply store and still wait till I get to them. Going to anther hair store just doesn't feel right. Did I mention that I love that store? Lol

They may have what you are looking for but their service is horrible. I had to watch 3 people think about ringing up my purchase, 5 mins later I left.

Never have things in stock. Ladies in the back are so busy talking that don't even offet help. And they speak about inappropriate things around the customers. I get its a laid back environment but there has to be some level of professionalism.
