The worst hair store I've ever visited. My first visit and last visit. The manager is very rude.

I’ve been a part of the VIP program for the past four years. I highly recommend coming to this hair store has everything from wigs nail supply’s hair supplies, they even have cute glasses and clothes that I buy from time to time. All of the locations are pretty much the same and are consistent with good customer service

The distance is so great! Due to the fact I stay really close I love they service and I only like to shop at beauty exchanges cause they really have great deals and great hair! And hair products and makeup!

Nice shop, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I enjoy their sales on edge control and braiding hair. Very popular place for hair products, jewelry and cosmetics.

They have great products. I actually love this store brand. Some employees at this locations could learn a little about customer service. At least acknowledge the customer instead of having loud conversations between each other. And when you ask for help it’s like you should’ve asked them or interupt the convo. The people upfront are fine.

Staff is horrible. Young women need to be trained and respect their elders. No smiles they do not greet you and ask if you need assistance. Only one person did so. I would come in more often but don't like the dirty looks. Goods seem to be okay

Horrible, rude, lazy, they tried to overcharge me for some bleaching powder. The manager lazy ass did not want to double check the price. Call me a liar for quoting and wanting to pay the price that was seen on the shelving. Never will I spend my money where it's not wanted.

An other beauty supply store that do not appreciate hard earned money. The staff done really care to help unless you ask and the guys behind the counter feel they are superior than any one that walks in the store.

They have everything you will need for your hair. Make an appointment to get your hair done in the same location.

Will never spend a dollar in this store if it was the only store available. Cashier overcharged me, then gave me an attitude because I added up my total in front of him and pointed out the $30 overcharge. Gave me a hard time returning my money when I never left the store. Cashier also did not want to give me my receipt. I will go somewhere, my hard earned money is appreciated. If only I could give no stars at all.
