Sotheavy is a very talented lash artist! Not only that, her customer service is superb. She saved me when my regular lash artist cancelled on my last minute and I had to leave the next morning for my bachelorette weekend. Now I can have fun in the sun without worrying about racoon eyes from mascara. Thank you so much Sotheavy! You're amazing!
