What more do you need to know than Family Owned and Operated since 1996? Absolute best choice to buy local. The store manager, Rachael, is extremely knowledgeable about the type of mattress one needs for their sleep position, weight, tossing and turning etc. She could not have been more helpful. I was on a mission to get a new mattress and gosh did I pick the right place to go. Rachael even kindly let me bring back my old mattress for disposal at their dumpster. With no extra charge. Crazy in this day and time. If you need or just want a new mattress Bed Pros Mattress on 4th St N is definitely the place to go.

My wife and I made an appointment with Rachael looking to replace our sleep number adjustable base bed and could not be happier with results. Rachel asked relevant questions and presented several manufacture's models for us to test out. We decided on a Tempur-Pedic model, it was delivered, installed, and old bed removed by two excellent installers from Bed Pros Mattress who were efficient, professional, & customer focused.

We went in with a bed in mind, but after being asking in depth questions about our sleeping patterns as a couple, and any underlining conditions, my husband and I quickly learned which bed would be best for us. Wow wow and triple wow! I needed a new mattress badly as the one I had was 8 years old and beginning to sag in all the wrong places causing back & shoulder pain.
Walking into Bed Pros wasn't a simple shopping experience - ie) " show me some mattresses I might like. " but rather a full on educational experience based on what I told Rachel (store manager & mattress expert extraordinaire) we needed. She took a ton of time to patiently and professionally explain the details, positives & negatives of each mattress and then went into even more detail about the materials and manufacturing standards. WOW!

So I went into this store to find a nectar and I came across the vibrant charismatic unicorn named Rachael! She knew exactly how to take me to the never never land and found me the most delightful of places for my girlfriend and I to lay our bodies down. It's like going on vacation with the care bears. Wow what service I received from Rachael. Best experience ever. The delivery guys were awesome too. Super friendly and helpful. Like hanging out with my friends from back in Detroit. I highly recommend going to Bed Pros on 4th street and asking for Rachael Francis. She was so helpful, patient, kind and honest when I was looking for an updated mattress. The entire experience was pleasant, and I feel comfortable and confident with the mattress and base that we purchased. She is very knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you leave the store satisfied! We will be updating our sons beds this summer and I will definitely go back and purchase the mattresses from Rachael!
