Very friendly and helpful service! We did not end up making a purchase this day but the store manager gave us a lot of good mattress information and invited us to return later when we were ready.

Go see Chris. Go tell Chris exactly what you need. Be super nice to Chris because he has to deal with people who aren't sleeping well all day long. Chris will then hook you up with the best mattress for you. If you just need a mattress and want to save money say that, Chris will hook you up. We wanted a fairly expensive mattress. Chris had us try several others that were similar but less expensive. We still ended up with the more expensive option and are very happy with it. Chris even got me the pillow I needed after searching for years to replace my (worn) favorite one.

I'm coming back to leave a second review... After making my first purchase and absolutely loving my new mattress (The Resort Hotel - Latex Collection) I purchased two more sets of king mattresses and box springs. Chris, the store manager, is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. I've loved my mattress from the first night, there was no "getting used to a new mattress - break in period" of time. The guys that came to deliver them were super friendly and went over and above to help me move existing mattresses to another room, I'm sorry I don't remember their names to post here. My second delivery went just as smooth with Larry and Dre setting up two king mattresses and bed frames to the beds. All four of these guys love Chris and sang his praises, which tells me Chris is a super great guy and treats his staff with integrity and respect. I highly recommend giving Bed Pros of Brandon a visit if you're looking for a new mattress (mattresses). I've purchased three (The Hotel Collection from Jamieson) kings and am very happy with the comfort of these mattresses.

I had a great experience at the Bed Pros in Brandon. Chris was the salesperson/manager who helped me. He did not pressure me at all. I had some mattresses that I had researched. He showed them to me, and didn't pressure me to try mattresses that didn't fit my needs. He encouraged me to continue to shop elsewhere so I'd be sure of my decision once I made one. I did exactly that. Then I came back to Bed Pros and asked to try the Resort Hotel Latex Collection Crystal Bay. It's made with foam and latex, which I have been told is more supportive and lasts longer. It was also half the price of the full latex bed in the same collection, but as comfortable for me. I purchased it, along with an adjustable frame. The bed was delivered yesterday. The delivery guys were great. They set the whole thing up quickly, took away my old mattress, box spring, and frame. They answered all of my questions. I had a great night's sleep last night. Love the adjustable base. So far, I'm very satisfied with Bed Pros and my mattress/adjustable bed frame.

Bed pros sucks I ordered a mattress a month and a half before I moved and the day of they tell me they don’t have the mattress I ordered. The worst part about it is that I wouldn’t have know they didn’t have it if I didn’t reach out to anyone and mind u I had been trying to reach them for weeks on end. Just poor service and customer service I got a mattress from mattress firm for have the price and it came in 3 days. SMH

After 3 years of not so great sleep on our Sleep Number, we were told about the Puffy mattress. Bed Pros had one on display so we drove to Brandon. It was a great experience from beginning to delivery and we have slept great every day since!
