After years of faithful service, I finally decided to put my old, broken down mattress out to pasture and upgrade to a new one. The Mrs.and I visited several stores, talking with sales associates and laying on different mattresses at each stop. After a few minutes of laying on the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Hybrid, we were sold. We decided to go back to our first stop, Bed Pros Mattress to make the purchase. The sales specialist Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The mattress we wanted was not available, but we liked it so much we were willing to wait. It was close to closing time. Scott contacted the warehouse and they ordered our mattress first thing in the morning. With the long Thanksgiving weekend just ahead, Scott assured us it would be delivered in 2 Saturdays. During the week leading up to the delivery Scott gave me a couple of updates and confirmed we were on schedule. When delivery day arrived, Scott texted me two- three times during the day letting me know where we were in the delivery queue. The Bed Pros Mattress team arrived in the early part of my window mid-afternoon. Our delivery guys, Anthony and Rico, were simply outstanding. They had been clearly busting their butts for most of the day but still were professional, friendly, and patient with the many questions I had. They were also very careful in and around our home which I really appreciated. We've had the bed now for almost week and the Mrs, my back and I love it. I cannot recommend the Bed Pros Mattress team enough. Thank you all for the 5 star experience.

I was having to search multiple locations for a very specific mattress size for my wife who was coming home from the hospital. My search was frustrating because salespeople kept trying to sell me something I didn’t want or need. Thankfully my sister found this place as time was running out and my experience there turned out to be a godsend. The owner did what no one else did, he listened, and just as important was able to deliver the mattress in a very compressed timeframe. The delivery guys were very helpful and courteous when they brought it in and set it up. The mattress meets every expectation and I would certainly recommend Bed Pros Mattress to anyone looking for the right mattress from folks who listened to insure that you get it.

Great experience. Tony was friendly and presented us with several choices, fully explaining the differences. No sales pressure at all. We selected the one we wanted, and delivery was the next business day, far sooner than anticipated. Delivery was seamless. The 2 gentlemen set up our bed and removed the old components. No mess. Great company! We bought a Stearns and Foster pillow top electric bed and love it. Our Sales Rep Christine was so helpful and very knowledgeable. The Store Manager Tony helped us in switching from the 2 twins to a full king and rescheduling delivery. Delivery guys were on time and so pleasant.
