Bedrock Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Suwannee, Live Oak FL

My step-Mother spent almost 5 years here. Mostly owned by Suwannee Rehab. It is not the best place, but it isn't the worst. I think the staff does the best thay can with what they have. Never enough to go around. BUT they have owed her estate over $300 since last May when she passed away and I can not get any answer as to why they haven/t refunded the money, except that is comes from corporate. Not good business practices! Looking to report to someone.

My brother who is only 63 was placed there on Dec 1st by Dec 3rd I had to fight the nurses to let him be sent out in an ambulance. I had no way to be there at that moment. I live in KY. He received no medication while he was there. Couldn't get a nurse to even talk to me for an hr and a half. Finally got the ambulance to pick him up. Upon arrival at Lake City Hospital he was already in icu. They got him back on all his meds and iv antibiotic and was then transported to North florida hospital that night at 11pm where he was admitted again as they were the ones that discharged him to the nursing home. Please, please don't send your loved one to this nursing home. Very scary situation we were in. My brother would gave more than likely been dead by the next day. I am reporting this nursing home to the state. If ypu look up their stae reports, you will see how many serious tags and fines they received just in the past 6 months.
Shameful and disgusting!

This is a great place! Everyone is super nice and helpful, and they take really good care of the residents. They are the best, i highly recommend!

Activities department is wonderful all the employees are kind and helpful. Lisa and Stacey are wonderful they help me with my problems.

I love bingo, arts and crafts and listening to music in activities. The staff Terry and all the employees in activities are awesome.

By far the best nursing center my family has been to and my family has received the best care and treatment here. The new administrator is making outstanding progress!

A very dear friend of mine was there for inpatient rehab. The therapy staff kept motivated when she wanted to give up. She went home and is doing well.

Great place to work, competitive salary and good benefits. I like that there is an inhouse HR person. Ana is the best! The nursing, and therapy staff are amazing, they all work together as a team. There are lots of changes happening here at Bedrock Suwannee! Stay tuned!

This is a great place to work! The teamwork and family centered care for not only the residents but the staff makes the atmosphere like home.

Great place to work! Nursing and CNA staff are so caring and compassionate to their residents! New NHA who lives and breathes this place. Has nothing but the residents best interest at heart. Competitive wages also!

We were visiting an elderly friend that is in Rehab. It was very depressing walking thru the halls with everyone sitting their wheel chairs in the hallways. It stunk like urine terribly. It was awful. I was glad when we got to the Rehab wing it smelled much better but my friend did not look good. I hope he will get out of that place sooner than later.

Amazing caring staff. These folks live and breathe this home. The residents are their family. Great place to live and work.
