4From front desk sales to the fellas at the warehouse, we had an exceptional experience. Adriana, the two Justins, Derek at al were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Can't say enough about the individual attention and sincere care they all showed.
They had a lot of stuff in there it took everything I had to keep from buying things
***BEWARE*** you will lose money if you return! The product is amazing however the manager Joe/customer service is unprofessional. I bought extra tile just in case with being assured I can return what I didn’t use. When I went to return I was told of their “return policy”… not at the time I bought it nor was it on my receipt or written anywhere. I lost money bc they take off 25% for “restocking fee”, and other “fees” they deducted (which was again NOT STATED ANYWHERE) Joe was very cold about the the situation. It appeared he making up policies on the spot. I will order Bedrosian tile from another wholesaler…
Bedrosians tile and stone is the best. Their products are far superior to most, and their customer service is top notch. Been dealing with bedrosians for over 20 years now and never had an issue with their products.
