Nice place a but a little expensive I was surprised to find the same jerky I was gonna order on Amazon was there. On the sample mix and match I wish there were more options than pork &. But it could be the companies there. Staff was nice, clean store open layout.

Update: this place is still atrocious and I will advise everyone to save your money for beef jerky and buy anywhere else that is actually locally-owned. Review is one star due solely to the ill-tempered man child working the counter who was upset he had to give free samples away to customers who chose not to buy. He proceeded to open his mouth and yell insults at others (adults and children) as well as us heading to the exit.

Usually love this store and is a must stop when we come into town. Absolutely not anymore. Some man working in the store was very rude, arrogant, and condescending toward multiple customers (one group including my family). He complained about people getting one sample (legit a quarter of a pinky size of jerky) and not buying the store up. First off, check yourself sir. Don’t advertise samples if you’re going to act like a jerk. Second, don’t point at a sign when someone ask you your deals. Open your mouth and speak to your customers who were willing to even by your product. Third, don’t make a comment to (what we were before you were a rude and we no longer wanted to buy anything from your once good but sadly ruined business that we won’t go in again) potential customers as they are walking towards the door. MULTIPLE times people leaving because of his attitude he would say out loud “yeah, eat my samples then leave. NO MORE FREE SAMPLES FOR ANYONE! ” Not one set of families walked out. Not 2 sets of families walked out. BUT 3 families of people willing to come in your store and potentially buy walked out because of your rude attitude. Don’t offer samples if you’re gonna be a cry baby or limit it to 2 samples if you’re worried about people taking advantage of your miniature (and I mean barely a sample, sample). Won’t go here again and neither will our friends and family when we come. Might as well put out, don’t come in my store unless you want to be harassed like you’re at Dick’s Last Resort and like that mistreatment.

Super good jerky. Has tons of flavors to try. Def my favorite place I've ever gotten jerky.

My kids love jerky and this place had many flavors so it was a little piece of beef jerky heaven for them, lol. The owner let them try whatever they wanted until they made Up there mind of what they wanted. They loved what they got and bought 5 flavors and one doggie package treat. Thx for the service.

Jerky was just as dry as the customer service from the two female employees that were scheduled to work that day.

They handed us our $40 dollar bag of stuff as if we suffered from a bubonic plague and wanted us out of the store as quickly as possible.

Great business and amazing staff! I feel welcomed every time I come in. The staff is very professional and also very kind.

Terrible service, ignoring my son because they assumed he wasn't buying and he had been saving his allowance for months prior to visiting, well cost them a decent sale and lost our business. Would recommend staying clear of the place with your family

I like their vegan and vegetarian jerky options. There is a lady who works there that is always super nice and accommodating and they offer free samples of jerky and a free bumper sticker.

Was very disappointed to see how a man working in the store interacted with potential customers. The customers simply asked if they could sample some beef jerky. The man told them, “I’m not in the business of giving out free samples” and refused to let them try anything unless they committed to buying something. After seeing how the man treated these customers we took our business elsewhere.

I buy beef jerky for my kids in this store almost every month. The beef jerky is really good. But today one of my kids asked very nicely that if he could try some samples. The lady said to my little son that he would have to buy something first and then she would let him try the samples. Really!? !? !? How unfriendly to a child! I know people can try samples before they buy. Why did she have to so mean to a kid?
