What a morning! I thought my car was stolen. Turns out it was towed because I did not display my disability decal. I was completely at fault. I was bracing myself for the fee but I was greeted with hospitality, graciousness and understanding. They waived the fee after I provided proper documentation. I was not expecting this what so ever especially since i was at fault. No one likes to pay but someone has to do the job. I'm really thankful and I will make sure to NEVER forget to display the decal properly.

Nasty and disgusting place they don’t even keep their workspace clean but love to tow cars with no warning. Trash and old food everywhere you turn and the place REEKS! If your community has a contract with these low life bums BE EXTRA CAREFUL. I don’t even live in the neighborhood where I was towed I was literally visiting family and they towed me with no warning. This is the third time they’ve done this to someone out of my family’s home. All it is, is a money grab for these people.

Some scumbags and rats who sooner or later will have to pay for all the bad people they are. They didn't want to deliver the car because we made a complaint to them and they made us wait until the next day when the service is 24 hours a day. They are unpleasant rats.

Horrible customer service how can you tow a car in the middle of the night and not have anyone at the tow yard to retrieve their car.the only people who seem to work is the two tow truck drivers that are also out towing and having to come all the way back to also cash people out for their cars. Very unprofessional and wild

Scum of the earth. Towing cars outside of the stated towing hours of the community in guest spots and then blackmailing you to give your car back. They deserve less than one star

Got my aunts car towed because of a stupid mistake I did on the registration site. Completely MY FAULT! - I did not get the woman's name but she was amazing. Yea it is unfortunate that I wasted money, but the money would've been greater if she wasn't so kind.

Most towing companies suck, but this one never sucks. I have gotten my car towed about 3 times because of my forgetfulness and not making registering my car in Camden a priority, but she's always been helpful and nice to encounter.

Was reccomend by a family member. Told them of my situation and helped with a tow. They were pretty good on time of arrival. We're friendly arriving on scene. If any other towing needs are required in the future I will use again.

They towed a friend of a my sons car. Ok no problem! That fact that they are unprofessional with a lack of communication is beyond disbelief. I live in the complex where they have a contract. If I ever needed to use a towing service it wouldn’t be them. They have no concept of time. We waited over an hour in lot while they driver drive around to found more cars to tow.

Called this company to tow a 2019 Ford 550 dually from Miramar to Fort Myers. Richard answered the phone, ready to help. Gave a more than fair price to tow this vehicle on a flat bed truck 138 miles at 7: 12pm. Cannot thank these guys enough. Please do not hesitate to call. Very honest company with extremely fair prices!

I’ve unfortunately had to deal with this company more than once for not following the rules. Luckily each time I was treated with kindness and respect. I don’t plan on going back but they made an angry situation easy for me. Thank you Michael for all your help.

This company just prey on people smh they should be ashamed! Same thing I live at the designated place an I live there you run the plate I’m pretty sure it come up as that same address.honestly I think they just take your car a hope that you can’t pay for it.an keep it your car

Highly satisfied with their service! I live in tampa and my fathers car broke down in Miramar and doesn’t speak a lot of English, I called breezy towing and Stephanie picked up and was such a great help she helped me find a mechanic that could help him out on the weekend. Charlie picked up my fathers car and took it where it needed to go. Overall great service and reliable! I even got a second tow with them

They towed my cars from the front of my house from my designated parking place. I had yo pay almost $400 to get them back regardless of the fact I live there and that place it’s assigned to me.

Extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. Would not recommend or do business, extort people out of their hardworking money. Same cost to drop the car where it’s towed or if it’s taken to the lot. Despicable
