Behavior ACC Services, Children's Therapy Center for Autism and Developmental Services, Miami FL

Good morning, I am proud and pleased to talk to you about this beautiful place and how much it has meant to me.
Our children are our world, and if one person or several people make it perfect, they deserve all the gratitude possible.
My son has been in this agency since before he was 2 years old, now he is 8. He has had many professional therapists, dedicated to their work. I have not had any complaints and I have been able to count on them as if they were part of my family.
For two years I have had Maribel Martinez as his current therapist who has done a lot for him. She is special. She made my son communicate more fluently and he has grown thanks to her tireless dedication and work to make him a better person in all aspects.
Also his analyst Alexandra Ramirez has been with him for many years and is special. She is also a super dedicated professional and has been a necessary support for my son's development.
In short, I thank you that my son has made progress and is better and can feel how all his good behaviors are more satisfactory every day.

It is a pleasure to belong to this ABA therapy center "Behavior ACC Services" as part of this family of excellent therapists, BCBAs, office administrators, and owners, who gave me the opportunity to do what I like to do the most. It gives me great satisfaction to work in this center where the professionalism, the concern for the employees on the part of the owners is extremely visible. I did not want to overlook the very professional and dedicated work that our HR representative Melissa performs, always up to date with all our documents, birthdays, all the necessary information that RBTs need, and the help that she gives us every time we bother her and she keeps that splendid smile, thanks Meli. Please keep in mind that whomever wrote the bad review does not pertain to this center as it just opened sometime last year in 2022. I have absolutely NOTHING to say about this place except that everyone has been exceptional with my girls! Yamile and Lizandra, to Steph, Mirel the front desk they have all been so great! My girls have improved so so much and everyone in my family has seen a difference in their behaviors and adapting to new surroundings. They not only let me know how they are doing with my girls but they are the absolute best with my girls! I can only say that I will miss them all when my girls are able to be on their own and will no longer need their staff's help! Please do not have any doubt in your mind when coming here for ABA therapy. I heard all the bad stories of other parents about ABA and this place has been nothing but the best to my girls and they have ALL helped my girls to be on their way to independent little girls. I am not getting paid for this review however as someone who relies on reviews I do hope that mine helps out other parents who are skeptical and scared about their kids going to ABA therapy. I was so hesitant at first and couldn't accept that my girls needed help but Mirel assured me and showed me that ABA does indeed help and it sure did! I am so grateful and so thankful that they are no more than 10 minutes away and that every single person in their staff has been nothing but kind a so helpful in this process because I know it can be scary and doubtful but not this place. They are truly truly THE BEST ABA center I have encountered and I called many and saw many and none compete with ACC Behavioral Services. Not ONE!

Amazing place for therapies, my daughter has been in this center for less than a year and she has had incredible results thanks to her therapist Catrin in the academic part she has progressed a lot since my daughter had a developmental delay and with her experience because she had previously been teacher my girl knows the alphabet the colors I have learned everything with her I recommend this center to all my friends and they are all very happy too.

My children have been receiving ABA services with this company for over a year and it has been a great experience. From my understanding, they work with FIU students, so a lot of their RBTs are studying in this field. We have gone through a few RBTs, but thats only because they are advancing their education. Either way, our current RBTs have been wonderful. They love our children and work really hard. They are committed and wonderfully driven. Have to say this company is A+

This company is amazing, your child will be in the best hands. The bcba, RBTS, the director, especially Mirel is extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure your child will succeed and get all the help they need. Since the very first call I had, they have answered all my questions professionally and followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. They truly care and love what they do and it shows. Not many agencies do what they do and I’m so glad I chose to work with them. Thank you everyone for all your hard work, I will continue to recommend you to everyone I know needing your services. You are great and I’m so grateful!

Here I learned as a mother, they taught me my son, it is not only therapy, they are a family, their therapists are very good, their manager Mirel is a person very dedicated to her work, my son loves his therapy and his progress has been Good! Thank you for always being willing to help!

My son was previously doing OT/PT/ST at another therapy place and we were seeing some small advances in his behavior. Still not big ones. It was not until he started doing ABA Therapy at Behavior ACC Services that we started to see huge improvements in his behavior. Tantrums and meltdowns are almost non-existent now and he is such a different boy from what he used to be. He makes more eye contact now than ever, he tries to communicate, learnt plenty of skills through games and even started to share/play with other kids now. This wouldn't been possible without the patience, help and dedication that Jessica puts on my son. He adores her and shows his affection to her every day because he knows she cares. She was just the final piece of the puzzle that we needed for my son to advance and for us (the parents) to see a ray of light and hope in his life.

From the time we met Mirel, Evelyn, Jessica and the rest of their staff, we knew we made the right choice. They are all so caring! Mirel was not only helpful through the process but also understanding of what we go through - which is important to a parent if you don't know what to do. We're very grateful for everything you continue to do for us. We couldn't be any happier to have you.
