This was a quality classroom experience. I have had a lot of teachers in my life and Nathan has been by far the best I have encountered. He kept class active and engaging and related concepts to things I already knew, which helped me

Enrolling in my real estate class felt like venturing into the unknown territory of property parlance. Surprisingly, our instructor made decoding real estate jargon as amusing as deciphering a secret code. Forget about dry lectures; this class was a beacon of hilarity in the realm of square footage and zoning rules. I never thought I'd say this, but learning about property law became the highlight of my week – who knew it could be this oddly amusing? If real estate were an Olympic sport, my instructor would definitely take home the gold.

Nathan is great he keeps you interested and is very knowledgeable. I tried an online class and that was not for me. I was told about Nathan's class from a friend and I'm glad I chose to take the course with him. I'm looking forward to passing the state test in a few weeks.

Nathan is a very passionate and respectful teacher. He teaches diligently while being sure you fully grasp all information. Nathan kept class engaging, fun and professional. Not only does he teach out of the book but he uses world circumstances, history, life, and Real Estate experiences as examples to help grasp information to your full capacity. I enjoyed this class and learned much more than what I anticipated. Nathan provides a power point which helps comprehend information easier, a clean and welcoming student environment, he allows us to keep our food in a fridge and use a microwave for lunch, provided water and coffee that he offers us all day during the long class hours.

If you are thinking of taking any real estate course look no further! Nathan hands down is the best. He took the time to make sure we knew what was needed but also took the time to explain when he saw confusion on our faces. This was my second time taking the pre license course because my class certificate expired, the first time I took the class with a well-known school in Tampa don't let that be your decision factor. I learned so much more in this class than I did the first one. Thank you, Nathan for going above and beyond but most being patient and thorough.
