Maintenance came over thr same day which was great, saw the termites and advised me id need pest control. Im still waiting for pest control.

Overall, the visit was good. I got a tour of an apartment and the rental agent was helpful.

I lived here for two years. The office staff is hard to get ahold of, the common areas were not ever super clean, and often there are drug deals, people stealing packages and people casing the place.
The maintenance staff however was super friendly and always did a quick and efficient job when doing repairs.

You get what you pay for. It's not too bad of an apartment complex. Really just wish the trash came every night like it's supposed to. Then I'd give 4 stars. 5 if the gym opened up in the evening/weekend for people who work during the week. Like set up a card system or something.

I write the request online on Saturday, no body show I did call to the office then tell me will coming not body show up I call next day un a bad actitud that was the only way the repair the A/C until you get mad!

Horrible worst experience. The leasing lady was mean to me to the point of tears.i dealt with it cause I really was needing a apartment for me and my two kids. Wind up being lied and rejected not getting the apartment I was supposed to get n was hoping for n on top of still haven't received my admin fee back.

This place has gotten worse every year. We have complained about the upstairs neighbor's kids running and stomping and nothing has happened. The complex is Constantly dirty. We have closet doors that we have asked to be replaced for 3 years now. The complex takes responsibility for nothing.

Ok sooo, I'll start by saying property manager Jacqueline is super nice and helpful. My move in, in October was very smooth. The apartment is affordable and it's a really nice size one bedroom apartment. However, two things that I really have an issue with is upkeep in the complex it needs some major updating (stairs are disgusting, walls need to be power washed and painted) it's just not maintained well at all. Other thing is roaches. I almost wish I listened to reviews before picking this one. I literally hate bugs and I keep everything incredibly clean. I've seen some in bedroom (which yes is absolutely disgusting), kitchen often and sometimes in bathroom. Pest control has come and I have boric acid powder everywhere. Thinking about moving elsewhere to be totally honest.

My experience from submitting my application to move in day was very easy, Miss Jamie was so amazing and very patient with me up until my move in she was really amazing!

It was great all the work I asked for I was doing.just waiting on my dishwasher to be delivered.

I'm living hell with these people, they don't deserve even one star, I really tell anyone who tries to move here please don't comment on the same mistake I made

The absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever experienced. Maintenance marks work order as complete without ever showing up, units are sold as “ renovated with new flooring” vinyl flooring that was already lifting and bubbling/ ripping the day I moved in.

ROACH INFESTED!

Some of my furniture was absolutely ruined due to the terrible bug infestation in the buildings.

Do yourself the favor, and save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Wish I could give no stars, as this has been the worst living experience I have EVER encountered.

My AC stop working, I talked with the office manager. The AC was fixed promptly and efficiently. I appreciate that the office manager sent Fidel to fix the problem. Fidel always has done a great job taking care of problems in our apartment period

The garbage is not being g picked up. I wind up having to throw away myself 70% of the time. This is a service I am paying for and not getting. I was charged 25$ to get new bin which was your fault to begin with.

This is the 6th time I've had to request same service. The unit is old. It is a bother to call for same thing over and over

7 days without a/c or hot water. Would up being more than 7 days. Got repaired. Could have been done sooner. Garbage is not being picked up. Wind up having to take garbage myself

I had a tour scheduled, went to the place and was NOT impressed! I didn’t even go inside. I left right away because the place looked dirty and the neighborhood did not look safe at all. So this is a no. I wouldn’t waste your time here. I drove an hour during morning rush hour and wasted time I will never take back. Just a horrible place so nasty.

I put in for pest control and I still have pest flying around not sure what it is. I don't think anyone came, and I'm paying for the service.

The place is just regged and old, sider website hanging all on the breezeway and front doors the trashman dragging bags nesting up the stairs and hallway

Jacqueline is thee best of the best. This woman look like and act like an executive she already knows her worth and treat others as their worth. When you approach Miss. Jacqueline please have it together. Miss Queen will respect you as the King or Queen you bring to the table. As a team of all workers here are really working hard to make this place great. Thank you Miss Jacqueline for all you do. The Management it goes without saying because otherwise the staff wouldn't have the light that shines on this property. Maintenance be on their Job
