Became enrolled 9/1and my first doctor visit as on 9/11/2021, although the case worker, the director and the insurance company were all provided with pertinent information as address, on a three way call with all mentioned parties in Spanish as most of these healthcare workers do not speak English. My daughter was present and provided all info in Spanish via telephone to the case worker, the director and the insurance company (WellCare.) When we went to the fist appointment on the following Saturday, about 3 days after my husband and I did not remember our daughter's telephone number and the medical assistant became outraged as I did not have the list of the medications Although provided to the case manager Ana upon enrollment. We did not bring our phones and did not remember our daughters number to call and ask for the list (our daughter was granted a power of attorney and living will on both my husband and I). We had just recovered from COVID and our cognitive abilities were mildly affected, as most individuals today store the important phone numbers in the contacts, therefore most people rely on dialing based on this technology. The clinic has this information as I am a member. The assistant was reluctant to find the information. The doctor recommended blood work the following Monday after the weekend following the Saturday doctors visit. Followed up on another doctor's visit to find blood work results and the doctor prescribed medications which never arrived. This was the second attempt to have medications delivered. The first time the excused was the wrong address, the second time the meds never arrived and when our daughter contacted them they said they could not provide information as the phone number was not correct and asked her to call the pharmacy. After our daughter refused to call the pharmacy as they advertise home delivery and that is their job, the pharmacy called our daughter and told them the problem was no insurance coverage. Our daughter called and the insurance is active. Three lies in weeks as my blood pressure is 200/108 today 9/21/2021. I also need the Repatha injection for my cholesterol. I am cancelling my enrollment as they practice third world country medicine and neglect the patients. I will advise Medicare about their incompetency and lack of point of care. Lack of ethical values. If your health is important to you do not get misled by Cano's advertisement and tv shows. It is incompetent at so many levels. Go to the University of Miami network. Very different from the medicine they practice and manages over 100 clinics affiliated to Cano's health. My daughter is taking me to the hospital e/r so I can receive the proper treatment for my hypertension before I have a heart attack or stroke. Avoid these fraudulent institutions.

This is the worst place! Do not get enrolled there! My grandma had an appointment here and it took 3 hours for her to get seen. If I don’t go up to the front desk to say something I am pretty sure it would’ve taken another 3 hours! They keep letting other people that do not have an appointment or have an appointment at a later time go first. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time here, go elsewhere.

Este lugar no sirve! Te hacen esperar horas por gusto y dejan que se te cuelen gente delante. No pierdan su tiempo y vallan a otro lugar. Son unos descarados….

LabCorp screwed up their billing to Medicare, and now wants to charge my mother for their mistake. Her labwork was ordered by Dr. Juan C. Abreu. If you look at the picture attached, the LabCorp invoice shows the labwork as being ordered by Dr. Juan C. Abreu. HOWEVER, they put the wrong doctor on their Medicare billing. The Medicare report lists Dr. Cesar R. Abreu as the doctor that ordered the labwork. This is incorrect. The worst part is, my mother (who is over 90 years old) went in person to discuss this with Dr. Juan C. Abreu (her primary care physician), and they blew her off! Needless to say, she is now looking for a new primary care physician.
