I used the gym everyday but i don't understand why people come broken the machine and have more the 4 weeks this one is a broken and no body come to fix. I think for the price the condo have to take care more.

Love my new apartment it’s so cute with great views. Solangel was such a great help getting in she was efficient with getting us into the apartment and genuinely cared about our move. The apartment itself is nice though it needs some work done by maintenance but the maintenance guys seem nice too so hopefully they’re equally as efficient as the leasing agent. I can’t say enough good things about Solangel we were stressed about moving and had a few hurdles but honestly she’s amazing.

The process of finding an apartment, especially your first one can be daunting. We were on a very tight deadline to find something and through our travels, we actually stumbled upon Bell Coconut Creek; it wasn't even on our list of places to check.

We were greeted by Josie who was very knowledgeable about the property and addressed all of our major concerns. She walked us through each step of the process which made everything pretty easy. I can't tell you the joy we all felt when we got our approval letter!

It has now been two months since our move in and the experience has overall been very positive. It's not perfect; modern door locks would be nice, new washer dryers, FIBER INTERNET, tail gaiters, and we interestingly have a strange case of chicken bones in a few areas, but these honestly are just nitpicks. The community for the most part feels family safe and quiet, amenities like the pool and gym are well kept, some needing a little more work like the old tennis court and playgrounds, and the dog park could definitely be better I guess (its a small space though.recommend just going to Quiet Waters Park), but overall, we've both said to each other, the place has a great energy, a great vibe and feel especially for our first place, we feel happy and safe, and we can definitely see ourselves here for a few more years.

My experience was super from start to finish. I recommend this property to everyone. Great office staff and I have lived at other sister properties before, and the management team never disappoints! They are always on point and treat you like family!

This place is a complete joke. Not one member of the staff cares about anything that happens here. Maintenance requests are inadequately “fixed” or are ignored altogether. Phone calls to management are never answered and messages are never responded to. On the rare occasion that you actually get to speak to the staff, they place the blame on someone/something else and always have to “get back to you about that”. Of course, that never actually happens. This is by far the most unreliable staff I have ever seen at any company in my life. The lack of caring really seems to be intentional.

I cannot recommend enough that you stay aware from this property at all costs. If it was possible, I would leave an even lower review for this total nightmare of a place.

Never make the mistake of moving into this place! They take forever to fix the problems you have in your apartment and you have to keep insisting and insisting, the manager is a person who despises the residents and does not accommodate one's needs.
Do not move here! You will waste your money and your time!

My experience at Bell Coconut Creek Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, communication has been non-existent. Despite sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response whatsoever. It’s as if they don’t value their tenants’ concerns or feedback.

Upon moving in, I was greeted by an apartment in deplorable condition. The unit was infested with roaches, making it an unsanitary and uncomfortable living environment. Additionally, the promise of trash pick-up, for which we pay a fee, has been a complete farce. The trash remains piled up, and the management seems indifferent to the issue.

Maintenance requests have fallen on deaf ears as well. Our drying machine has been malfunctioning since day one, and despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The cabinets in the apartment are visibly old and in dire need of replacement, yet no action has been taken.

The lack of concern and assistance from both the managers and workers is astounding. It’s evident that they have little regard for the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. Leaving our previous residence was a decision we now deeply regret, as the living conditions and overall experience at Bell Coconut Creek Apartments have been far worse.

I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. The poor communication, deplorable living conditions, and lack of maintenance responsiveness make this place wholly unfit for human habitation. Save yourself the trouble and frustration by avoiding Bell Coconut Creek Apartments at all costs.

I recently transferred from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom at Bell Coconut Creek Apartments. I have been living there for three years and I feel very safe and comfortable. My transfer process was handled by Virginia; she is amazing. Each time I encountered a hiccup, she assisted me in maneuvering it. She has excellent customer service skills, is very professional, and courteous, yet friendly. She made me feel comfortable regardless of what was happening. She is an excellent problem solver, has superb product knowledge, and is a pro at what she does.

Thanks to Josie the application process was not bad, she followed up with my application and made sure I moved in on my move in date. She is very pleasant, professional and thorough. I love my unit so far, it's spacious, private and clean. Great Community

I’ve been here for a year and a half now. So far the pool has been closed for three months out of the year, every year. Maintenance takes forever to have anything fixed. For example, it took three months to fix a garbage disposal and it’s been four months for me waiting for my stove to be replaced since two of the burners don’t work and I’m still waiting. Maintenance will close tickets saying the work is completed without actually doing the work. So you have to start the process of creating a maintenance ticket all over again. They keep saying they’re understaffed, but that’s been going on for over a year now. If you ever call the management office, they never pick up the phone. The garbage service complains when you leave garbage as instructed. A couple months ago because they were painting the buildings. They towed my car, although it was parked in the correct spot in front of my house to another parking spot on the other side of the complex without notification. I had to go hunting around the parking lot to find my car so I can pick up my kids. And this is the kind of Mickey Mouse games they play and type of management at this place. You will pay top dollar here again bottom level service if any.

I'd give 10 stars to Harold who fixed my AC on the same day as asked. He definitely solved the problem I had and I am very happy. Thank you so much for doing it and keep doing a good job for Bell's residents. Thank also Virginia and Solangel for attending to me very well.

My air condition would not work sat at 6 pm Reynaldo responded. Does not know what he doing I explained to him it been freezing up when he started shaking wires I knew he no knowledge. Never check Freon in fact he could he said it’s the thermostat after he broke it looking at it then he told me that he has no thermostats to replace it. When I said to him he needs to call his boss call somebody he said no you call them if you want. Obviously I don’t have the personal number of the maintenance manager.
. Obviously, I don’t have. Personal members after hours he was very rude. I told him that you need to get a thermostat from another building that to put it. This is ridiculous. You expect me to go all night without air-conditioning so he went to the model and took it out. It took him an hour to install a thermostat, he did not know what he was doing. He did not even check the Freon did nothing for the freezing up. They went all Saturday night with it. Freezing up in the air conditioning just was a disgrace that I had to suffer for his incompetence.why did he not call Air conditioning company the next morning I had to call the emergency line he responded. He did nothing again. He told me if it freezes up again to call him. He’ll come out in two hours. It froze up again. I called and called and called for 3 1/2 hours he did not respond, finally the office opened I called them they made him come out then he came out now it’s Monday and I’m calling because there’s still a problem three days I’ve been dealing with the air-conditioning he came out and I told him that they compressor is not going off it’s continuing to run something is wrong he said he fixed it. Don’t worry about it. I asked him how because he wasn’t there doing it you’re not a technician I don’t have to tell you anything extremely rude. He said he hast to go to another customer it’s important again he did nothing and he said it was fixed it’s not fixed it’s still on here on Monday. This man not only does not know anything about air conditioning which is OK with me because everybody cannot have that kind of knowledge, but he did he refused to call for service And he was extremely rude. I lived here for 10 years. I’ve never had experience like him.

The whole experience of renting at Bell Coconut Creek is a pleasure. Josie did a great job of showing the apartments and explained all the details very well. The apartments are spacious. The Bell online system of onboarding is very streamlined and made the whole process very simple and relaxing.

We are living at Bell Coconut creek since 2017, great place with really good location! Recently we up grade to a bigger apartment and the Office was really helpful specially Josie at the office, she knows what need to do for us, and also the maintenance manager Edgar, he knows everything over there …

I completely fell in love with my 2 bedroom apartment set up from the moment I walked in, the high cellings, stainless steel appliances, my walk-in closet is my favorite, just the apartment itself is very spacious and I love it! Thanks to Josie P for being very professional and helping me through my process 5 stars ️ ️️️️

This is the worst community ever. I wish I could give 0

-no one comes to fix your request, even after multiple requests and calls in a pleasant manner. My laundry doors and other fixtures have been damaged since moving in July 2022, and still, no one has shown up.

-food disposal and other appliances break, and even when knowing there is a risk of flood, no one shows ups

- you pay for garbage disposal for picks up, but you are lucky if they pick it up once a week

-pool is closed for renovations since March no update when is going to be open, why not doing in winter when the weather was better?

Total mess of community front desk customer service has improved slightly being that they were super rude. Virginia an Jose tried to help but their Maintenance team an property manager have no idea of prioritizing means.

They play with your money and time

We had a very easy and smooth move in to this property. The lady in the leasing office named Josie helped us go thru all the proccess from the beginning. She is very kind and super nice with a very clear and good instructions. We are so very happy to move in here. Thank you Josie!
